Adrak Chuhara Kishmish Khatta Meetha Achar
Ingredients:
Ginger - 100 gmDry dates - 4
Raisins - 1 tbsp
Sugar - 2 tbsp
Salt - 1/2 tsp
Black salt - 1/2 tsp
Black pepper powder - 1/2 tsp
Lemon juice - 2 tbsp
Roasted cumin powder - 1/2 tsp
Method:
🛁 Prepping the Ingredients

Soak the Dry Dates – Place dry dates (chuhara) in water and let them soak for 3–4 hours to soften.

Prepare the Ginger – Peel the ginger, wash it thoroughly, and cut it into thin juliennes.

Deseed the Dates – Once soaked, remove the seeds from the dates.

Chop the Dates – Slice the dates into either circular rounds or long strips, as per your preference.
🌞 Sun-Drying the Mix

Remove Moisture – Spread the julienned ginger and chopped dates on a plate and sun-dry them for 2–3 hours to evaporate any excess moisture.

Combine the Ingredients – In a large mixing bowl, add:
