Kala Chana Shami Kebab Ingredients: Black Chana - 3/4 cup Bread Slices - 5 Curd - 2 tbsp Green Coriander - 3 tbsp (finely chopped) Green Chilly -2 (Finely chopped) Garlic - 4 cloves (crushed) Coriander Powder - 1/2 tsp Garam Masala Powder - 1/2 tsp Turmeric Powder - 1/4 tsp Amchur Powder - 1/2 tsp Red Chilli Powder - 1/2 tsp Salt - 1 tsp Oil for frying Method: 1. Wash and Soak the chana overnight or 5-6 hours 2. Transfer chana with 1/2 tsp salt and 3 cup water in cooker, and when pressure starts building, lower the heat and cook it for 1/2 an hour. 3. Grind the bread in grinder and prepare bread crumbs 4. Keep the bread crumbs aside 5. Grind the boiled black chana, garlic, green chilly, curd and prepare a paste 6. Mix the paste with bread crumbs 7. Add red chilli powder, turmeric powder, amchur powder, garam masala powder, coriander powder and 1/2 tsp salt in it 8.
