Moong Dal Khasta Kachori Ingredients : Maida - 2 cup Oil - 1/2 cup Salt - 1 tsp Moong dal - 1/2 cup (soaked for 2 hours) Green chilly (finely chopped) - 2  Coriander powder - 1 tsp Fennel powder - 1 tsp Red chilly powder - 1/4 tsp Hing (Asafoetida) - 1/4 tsp Ginger powder - 1/2 tsp (or 1 inch piece grated) Garam masala powder - 1/4 tsp Cumin seeds - 1/2 tsp Oil for frying kachoris Method : 1. Take maida in a big bowl or plate, add 1/2 tsp salt and mix well. 2. Add 1/4 cup oil and mix well 3. Now add little water at a time and knead soft dough same as required for making chapatti. Don't knead the dough too much.  4. Cover the dough and keep it aside for 15-20 minutes to set. 5. Coarsely ground the soaked moong dal.  6. Heat  1/4 cup oil in a pan  7. Moong Sprouts Dosa Ingredients : Whole Moong Dal : 1.5 cups Green Chilli - 1 Ginger (grated) - 1 tsp Amchur powder - 1 tsp Turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp Rice flour - 2 tbsp Salt - 1/4 tsp Oil for cooking Dosa Method : 1. Soak moong dal in enough water for 10-12 hours 2. Remove moong dal from water and place them on a clean cotton wet cloth 3. Wrap it in this cloth, keep it in a bowl and cover it  4. Store it for 12-14 hours in a dark place 5. If the cloth has dried sprinkle some water on the cloth 6. Wrap it and store for 10-12 hours again  7. Taazi Mangori - Mungauchi Ingredients : Split Moong Dal (dehusked green gram) - 1 cup Cumin seeds- 1 tsp Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp Red chilli powder - 1/2 tsp Coriander powder - 1 tsp Garam masala powder - 1/2 tsp Curd - 1/2 cup Desi ghee - 1 tbsp Hing (Asafoetida) - 1/2 tsp Salt - 1 tsp or as per taste Oil for frying Method : 1. Wash and soak moong dal for 4-5 hours 2.  Strain it & grind it fine in a grinder using as little water as possible. 3.  Add 1/4 tsp hing and 1/2 tsp salt. 4. Beat this moong dal mixture to incorporate air in the batter.  Keep adding little water if needed & mix for 5-7 minutes. 5. To check that dal is nicely beaten, take water in a cup and drop a small ball of dal mixture in it. Moong Dal Kadhi Ingredients : Moong Dal Dhuli (Yellow Split Gram)- 1.5 cup Curd - 2.5 cup Hing (Asafoetida) - 1/2 tsp Cumin Seeds - 1/2 tsp Methi Dana (Fenugreek seeds) - 1/2 tsp Mustard seeds (Rai) - 1/2 tsp Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp Green chillies (chopped) - 2-3 Red Chilli powder - 1/4 tsp Salt - 2 tsp Green Coriander (finely chopped) - 1 tbsp (optional) Desi Ghee - 3 tbsp Oil for frying pakodis Method : 1.  Wash and soak moong dal for 4-5 hours 2.  Strain it & grind it fine in a grinder using as little water as possible. 3. Divide the dal into 2 parts and a dd 1/4 tsp hing and 1 tsp salt to 1 part. 4. Beat this moong dal mixture to incorporate air in the batter.  5.  In a kadahi  heat oil for frying.   6.  When oil is hot, using a spoon ( which is narrow at the front)  drop batter in the kadahi to make pakoris.     7.
