 🧅🥔 Arbi Do Pyaza A crispy, spicy taro root stir-fry with double onions and bold Indian flavors. Ingredients : Arbi (Colocasia) - 250 gm Onion - 500 gm (Cut into round slices) Green Chilly - 3 (cut into long pieces) Ginger (grated) - 1 tbsp Oil - 2 tbsp Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp Red Chilli powder - 1/2 tsp Coriander powder - 1 tsp Amchur Powder - 1/2 tsp Garam Masala Powder - 1/2 tsp Salt- 1 tsp Coriander leaves (finely chopped) - 1 tbsp Ajwain (Carom Seeds) - 1/2 tsp Oil for deep frying Method: 🥔 Step 1: Boil the Arbi Wash the arbi (taro root) thoroughly. Pressure cook for 2 whistles . Kuttu Singhare Ki Poori | Buckwheat and Water chestnut Pancakes | कुट्टू सिंघाड़े की पूरी

Kuttu Singhare Ki Poori Ingredients: Kuttu Ka Atta (Buckwheat flour) - 1 cup Singhare Ka Atta (Water chestnut flour) - 1 cup Arbi (Colocasia root) - 250 gm Rock Salt (Sendha Namak) - 1 tsp Peanut Oil for deep frying Method: 1. Wash and Boil Arbi for 3 whistles in Cooker 2. Peel the boiled arbi when it is cold 3. Grate the Arbi 4. Mix Kuttu Atta, Singhara Atta, Rock Salt in Arbi and knead a dough without adding water 5. If the mixture is too dry, add 1-2 tbsp water to knead a smooth dough 6. For nice result, now make a fist and just put it on whole dough. This makes the poori smooth and nice in texture 7. Take small portion from the dough and make a smooth ball by rolling it between the palms 8. Apply little oil on this ball and roll it into thin round using a rolling pin 9. Falahari Vrat ki  Sukhi Arbi Ingredients: Arbi (Colocasia) - 500 gm Peanut Oil - 2 tbsp Ajwain (Carom Seeds) - 1 tsp Green Chillies - 2 (Slit lengthwise) Roasted Cumin Powder - 2 tsp Grounded Black Pepper - 1 tsp Rock Salt (Sendha Namak) - 1 tsp Lemon Juice - 1 tbsp Coriander Leaves - 1 tbsp (Finely chopped) Method: 1. Wash and parboil arbi so that it is still hard 2. Peel it when cold 3. Cut slices lengthwise 4. Heat oil in a pan 5. Add ajwain and slit green chillies 6. When they start to splutter, add arbi slices and mix 7. Cook uncovered on low flame till done 8. When the arbi is properly cooked, add cumin powder, rock salt, pepper powder and mix well 9. Remove from fire and transfer in a serving bowl 10. Add lemon juice to it and mix 11. Decorate with coriander leaves  12.
