Soothing Veg Atta Chilla | Veg Atta Uttapam | आटा और सब्जियों का चीला

Soothing Veg Atta Chilla Ingredients : Whole wheat flour (Atta) - 1 cup Sooji / Rava _ 1/2 cup Salt - 1 tsp or as per taste Tomato (deseeded finely chopped) - 1 cup Cucumber (grated) - 1 Potato (grated) - 1 Green chillies (finely chopped) - 2 Coriander powder - 1 tsp Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp Coriander leaves (finely chopped) - 1/2 cup Oil for roasting Chillas Method : 1. Add atta, sooji, salt in a bowl and mix well 2. Add water little by little and make a thick batter 3. Add tomato, cucumber, potato, green chillies 4. Mix everything nicely 5. Add coriander powder, turmeric powder and mix 6. Add coriander leaves and mix 7. Grease a tawa or flat pan with little oil 8. Add 2 tbsp batter in the center and spread it like a uttapam 9. Drizzle some oil 10. Let it cook on low flame till the bottom side is cooked and turns brown 11.
