Aloo Corn Cutlets | आलू कॉर्न कटलेट्स

Aloo Corn Cutlets Ingredients : Corn kernels (boiled) - 1 cup Potato (boiled and mashed) - 1 cup Onion (finely chopped) - 2 tbsp Capsicum (finely chopped) - 2 tbsp Green Chilli  (finely chopped) - 1/2 tsp Ginger (grated) - 1 tsp Red chilli powder - 1/2 tsp Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp Garam masala powder - 1/2 tsp Besan (roasted) - 1 tbsp Bread crumbs - 1/2 cup Cornflour - 1 tbsp Black pepper powder - 1/4 tsp Lemon Juice - 1 tbsp Salt - 1/2 tsp Oil for frying Method : 1. In a blender take 3/4 cup boiled corn and blend to a coarse paste without adding any water 2. Transfer the paste to a large mixing bowl 3. Add boiled and mashed potato 4. Add onion, capsicum, chilli, ginger 5. Add red chilli powder, turmeric powder, garam masala powder, salt 6. Add bread crumbs, besan, corn flour, 1/4 cup boiled corn, black pepper, lemon juice 7.
