🌿 Torai (Ridge Gourd) Ki Kadhi – A Light & Flavorful Summer Curry Ingredients: Torai (Ridge Gourd) - 1/2 kg Curd - 1 cup Besan - 4 tbsp Turmeric Powder - 1 tsp Salt - 1 tsp Water - 4 cups Cinnamon Stick - 1" piece Cloves -2 Curry Leaves - 15-20 leaves Hing (Asafoetida) - 1/2 tsp Dry Red Chillies - 2 (broken) Cumin Seeds - 1/2 tsp Mustard seeds - 1/2 tsp Fenugreek seeds - 1/4 tsp Ghee - 2 tbsp Red Chilli Powder - 1/2 tsp Method: 🥒 Step 1: Prep the Ridge Gourd Peel and slice the torai (ridge gourd) into ½-inch round pieces .
