Kadahi Paneer Ingredients: Paneer (Cottage Cheese) - 250 gms (Cut into long fingers) Capsicums - 2 (Cut into long fingers) Dry Red Chillies - 2 Coriander Seeds - 2 tsp Ginger -  ½  " piece (chopped finely) + 1" inch piece (finely shredded) Garlic flakes - 10 (crushed) Green chilly - 1 (chopped) Tomatoes - 2 (chopped) Fenugreek Seeds - A Pinch Green Coriander - 1 tbsp (chopped) Salt -  ½  tsp  Oil - 4 tbsp Method: 1. Heat Red Chillies on a tawa, till slightly crisp and Dry 2. Pound (Crush Roughly) red chillies and coriander seeds 3. Heat 1 tbsp Oil in a Non Stick Pan 4. Saute Capsicum till done. Keep aside 5. Moong Bricks Curry  Ingredients: Moong Dal - 1 cup Red Chilli Powder - 1/2 tsp Turmeric Powder - 1/2 tsp Coriander Powder - 1 tsp Garam Masala - 1/2 tsp Salt - 1 tsp Oil  - 1 tbsp Onion -1 (Cut to pieces) Ginger - 1 inch (Cut to pieces) Coriander leaves - 1 tbsp (Finely chopped) Method: 1. Wash and Soak Dal for 2-3 hours 2. Grind Dal to a smooth paste without adding water 3. Add 1/2 tsp salt to the paste and prepare a thick batter 4. Pour this batter in a dish to steam 5. Add 1 glass water to the cooker and keep this dish in a Cooker  6. Remove whistle of Cooker and Steam this batter 7. Now cool this steamed cake and cut into small squares 8. हरी धनिया की चटनी | Green Coriander Chutney | Green Coriander Sauce | Green Coriander Dip

हरी धनिया की चटनी  सामग्री: हरी धनिया - १०० ग्राम  हरी मिर्च - ४  नीबू - १ जीरा (पिसा हुआ) - १ छोटा चम्मच नमक - स्वादानुसार विधि : १. हरे धनिये और हरी मिर्च को साफ कर धो लें और मोटा मोटा काट लें.  २. आधी छोटी कटोरी पानी डाल कर बारीक पीस लें ३. पिसा हुआ जीरा , नीबू का रस और नमक मिला दें  ४. लीजिये हरे धनिये की चटनी तैयार है. यह चटनी फ्रिज में रख कर ३ -४  दिन तक खाई जा सकती है. Green Coriander Chutney | Green Coriander Sauce |   Green Coriander Dip Ingredients:  Green Coriander - 100gm Green Chilli - 4 Lemon - 1 Cumin Seeds Powder - 1 tsp Salt - As per taste Method : 1. Clean and chop green coriander and green chilli. 2. Grind it in a blender adding small half cup water 3. Add cumin seed powder, salt and lemon juice 4. Green Coriander Chatani / Green Coriander Sauce is ready This Chatani / Sauce can be refrigerated and consumed for 3-4 days.
