Palak Paneer Pulao | पालक पनीर पुलाव | Spinach Cottage Cheese Rice

Palak Paneer Pulao Ingredients : Spinach (Palak) - 500 gm Rice - 1 cup Salt - 1 tsp Turmeric Powder - 1/4 tsp Paneer (Cottage Cheese) - 200 gm (cut into cubes) Ghee - 1 tbsp Cumin Seeds - 1 tsp Onion (chopped) - 1/2 cup (optional) Ginger (grated) - 1 tbsp Green chilli (sliced lengthwise) - 1 Black Cardamom - 2 Cinnamon Stick - 1 inch piece Black Peppercorn - 1/2 tsp Bay Leaf - 1 Method : 1. Wash and soak the rice for 10 minutes 2. Wash and chop the spinach 3. Grind it to a smooth paste by adding little water 4. Heat 1 tbsp ghee in a Pan 5. Add cumin seeds, black cardamom, cinnamon stick, black peppercorns, bay leaf and let them crackle 6. Now add the onions (optional), ginger, green chilli and saute them for 2 minutes 7. Sarson Ka Saag Ingredients : Sarson (Mustard Leaves) - 1/2 kg Bathua (Chenopodium) - 250 grams Spinach leaves - 250 grams Fenugreek (Methi) leaves - 100 grams Radish leaves - 100 grams Onions (chopped) - 2 cup Tomato (finely chopped) - 1.5 cup Garlic (crushed) - 8 Ginger (grated) - 1 tbsp Green Chilli (chopped) - 2-3 Maize flour (Makka ka Atta) - 2 tbsp Coriander powder - 2 tsp Red Chilli powder - 1 tsp Salt - 1 tsp or as per taste Mustard Oil - 3 tbsp Butter - 1 tbsp Method: 1. Chop off the lower end of the mustard stems, just a few centimeters from the base, Wash them nicely and chop the  mustard leaves 2. 🥬  Bathua Ki Bhujia Recipe – Nutritious Winter Stir-Fry Ingredients: Bathua - 500 gm Ginger - 1 tsp (Finely chopped) Garlic - 1/2 tsp (Finely chopped) Green Chilly - 2 (Finely chopped) Dry Red Chilly - 2 Salt - 1/4 tsp Hing (Asafoetida)- 1/4 tsp Cumin Seeds - 1/2 tsp Mustard Oil - 2 tbsp Method:   🌿 Step 1: Clean the Bathua Leaves Separate the bathua leaves from stems. Remove any grass or tough stalks . 💧 Step 2: Wash Thoroughly Rinse the leaves in clean water twice to remove dirt and impurities. Drain the excess water. 🔥 Step 3: Boil the Bathua In a pan, add the cleaned bathua with 2 cups of water . Mixed Saag Ke Parathe Ingredients: Spinach - 1/2 cup (chopped) Bathua (Chenopodium) -  1/2 cup (chopped) Fenugreek Leaves -  1/2 cup (chopped) Mustard Leaves -  1/2 cup (chopped) Green coriander -  1/2 cup (chopped) Mint Leaves - 2 tbsp (chopped) Gram Flour - 1/2 cup Wheat flour - 2 cup Salt - 2 tsp Green chillies - 2 (finely chopped) Oil - 1/2 cup Method: 1. Wash all the vegetables and grind them in mixie to make a paste 2. Mix gram flour, salt, green chillies in wheat flour 3. Knead a soft dough from the flour using the vegetable paste 4. If required add more wheat flour and knead to get a perfect dough 5. Heat Tawa  6. Take a small portion from the dough and roll it into a paratha shape 7. Bathua Ki Dal | Sagpaita  Ingredients: Black Urad Dal - 1 cup Bathua (Chenopodium) - 250 gm Salt - 1 tsp Desi Ghee - 2 tbsp Hing (Asafoetida) - 1/4 tsp Cumin Seeds - 1/2 tsp Tomato - 2 (Chopped) Green Chilli - 2 (Chopped) Ginger - 1" piece (Chopped) Red Chilli Powder - 1/4 tsp Coriander Powder - 1/2 tsp Whole Red Chillies - 2 Method: 1. Wash Dal nicely and soak in water for 1 hour 2. Clean bathua by plucking leaves and removing sticks and grass 3. Wash it with water 3 times 4. Finely chop washed bathua 5. In a cooker add dal, chopped bathua, 3 cup water, salt and let it cook 6. After 1 whistle lower the heat and let it cook for about 5 minutes 7.  Heat 1 tbsp Ghee in a Kadahi 8.
