No Maida White Sauce Sandwich

White Sauce Sandwich Ingredients: Bread Slices - 12 Onion (finely chopped) - 1/2 cup Carrot (grated) - 1/2 cup Yellow bell pepper - 1/2 cup Green bell pepper - 1/2 cup Red bell pepper - 1/2 cup Coriander leaves - 2 tbsp Milk - 2 cups Wheat flour - 2 tbsp Butter - 2 tbsp Oregano - 1/2 tsp Pepper powder - 1/2 tsp Salt to taste Method: 1. In a pan heat 1 tbsp butter 2. When it starts to melt add onion and fry till it turns translucent 3. Add carrot, yellow, green, red bell pepper, and cook for 1-2 minutes 4. Add wheat flour and mix 5. Add 1 tbsp butter and milk and keep stirring 6. Keep stirring until the mixture becomes slight thick and creamy. Cook in low flame. 7. Add salt, oregano, pepper powder and give a mix 8. Soothing Veg Atta Chilla Ingredients : Whole wheat flour (Atta) - 1 cup Sooji / Rava _ 1/2 cup Salt - 1 tsp or as per taste Tomato (deseeded finely chopped) - 1 cup Cucumber (grated) - 1 Potato (grated) - 1 Green chillies (finely chopped) - 2 Coriander powder - 1 tsp Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp Coriander leaves (finely chopped) - 1/2 cup Oil for roasting Chillas Method : 1. Instant Poha Dosa Ingredients : Poha - 1 cup Suji / Rava - 1/2 cup Fresh Curd - 1/4 cup Baking Soda - a pinch Salt - 1 tsp or as per taste Oil to cook Dosa Method : 1. In a bowl add Poha, Suji and mix 2. Add water enough to immerse both the ingredients 3. Soak for 10-15 minutes 4. Check by pressing poha in between your fingers, it should be mashable 5. Add the soaked ingredients to a blender  6. Grind to a smooth paste adding water as needed 7. Add curd, salt and blend again 8. Let the batter rest for 10 minutes 9. Oats and Vegetable Pancake Ingredients : Oats - 1 cup Sooji (Semolina) - 1/2 cup Curd - 1 cup Lemon Juice - 1 tsp Salt - 1 tsp or as per taste Green Chillies (finely chopped) - 1 tsp Cumin Seeds - 1/2 tsp Ginger (grated) - 1 tbsp Onion (finely chopped) - 1/2 cup Capsicum (finely chopped) - 1/2 cup Carrot (grated) - 1/2 cup Tomato (finely chopped) - 1/2 cup Coriander leaves (finely chopped) - 2 tbsp Fruit Salt / Eno - 1 tsp Oil - 2 tbsp Method : 1. Make a fine powder of Oats in a grinder 2. In a large bowl add powdered oats, semolina, curd, lemon juice and give it a good stir 3. Add about 1 cup water and mix  4.
