Spicy Watermelon Soup | मसालेदार तरबूज़ का सूप

Spicy Watermelon Soup Ingredients: Watermelon (chopped and deseeded) - 6 cups Ginger (grated) - 1 tbsp Mint (chopped) - 2 tbsp Chilli flakes - 1/2 tbsp Oilve oil - 3/4 tbsp Black salt - 1/2 tsp Lemon juice - 1 tbsp Method: 1. Puree the watermelon and the mint in a blender until thoroughly blended.  2. Sauté the ginger and the chilli flakes in a little olive oil in a pan  3. Add the watermelon puree into the pan  4. Simmer until it thickens a little bit.  5. Remove from heat and let it cool to room temperature 6. Add black salt, lemon juice and mix 7. Chill for at least 1-2 hours before serving. 8. Watermelon Sorbet Ingredients: Watermelon (cubed and frozen) - 4 cups Lime juice - 2 tbsp Honey - 2-3 tbsp Salt - a pinch Method: 1. Peel, cube and freeze 4 cups of watermelon  2. Put the frozen watermelon cubes in the blender 3. Add lime juice, honey, salt and blend until the texture becomes smooth 4. Taste and adjust the sweetness accordingly 5. Serve immediately for a soft sorbet or freeze for 1-2 hours for a firmer texture Beat the heat this summer by making the perfect watermelon sorbet at home. Watermelon-Corn Salad Ingredients: Watermelon - 2 cups (cut into small cubes, seeds removed) Sweet Corn - 1 cup (boiled) Mint Leaves - 8–10 (finely chopped, for freshness) Lemon Juice -1 tsp Black Salt and Chaat Masala - To taste Black Pepper Powder - 1 pinch (for a mild kick) Method: 1. First, place the cubed watermelon pieces and the boiled sweet corn into a large mixing bowl. 2. Now, add the finely chopped fresh mint leaves. Mint is the soul of this salad, providing an extra cooling sensation for the stomach during the summer heat. 3. Sprinkle black salt and chaat masala (to taste), a pinch of black pepper powder, and squeeze fresh lemon juice over the mixture. 4. Finally, using a spoon, gently toss all the ingredients together with a light hand to ensure the watermelon cubes remain intact while the spices are thoroughly blended. 5. This salad is best enjoyed when served chilled.
