Moong Sprouts Dosa Ingredients : Whole Moong Dal : 1.5 cups Green Chilli - 1 Ginger (grated) - 1 tsp Amchur powder - 1 tsp Turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp Rice flour - 2 tbsp Salt - 1/4 tsp Oil for cooking Dosa Method : 1. Soak moong dal in enough water for 10-12 hours 2. Remove moong dal from water and place them on a clean cotton wet cloth 3. Wrap it in this cloth, keep it in a bowl and cover it  4. Store it for 12-14 hours in a dark place 5. If the cloth has dried sprinkle some water on the cloth 6. Wrap it and store for 10-12 hours again  7. The beans should be sprouted to about 1.5" to 2" in length. If not then repeat steps 5 and 6. 8. Add moong sprouts, green chilli, ginger, amchur powder, turmeric powder, rice flour in a blender 9. Cabbage Rice (Renal Diet) Ingredients : Rice (boiled) – 2 cups  Cabbage (chopped) – 1 cup Carrot (grated) – 2 tbsp Capsicum (chopped) – 2 tbsp Onion (chopped) – 1/4 cup Coriander Leaves (chopped) – 1 tbsp Green Chilly (chopped) – ½ tsp Mustard seeds – ½ tsp Cumin Seeds – 1 tsp Chana Dal – 1 tbsp Curry Leaves – 1 sprig Garam Masala powder – ½ tsp Chilly Powder – ½ tsp Turmeric Powder – ½ tsp Oil – 3 tsp Salt - 1/4 tsp Method : 1. Heat Oil in a pan. 2. Temper with mustard seeds, jeera, chana dal, curry leaves.  3. Saute and let Splutter. 4. Add Onion, Green Chilly. Saute. 5. Add Carrot, Capsicum, Saute and cook. 6. Veg Vermicelli Upma Ingredients : Whole wheat roasted Vermicelli - 2 cup Onion (finely chopped) - 1 cup Carrots (finely chopped) - 1/2 cup Peas (blanched) - 1/2 cup Tomato (finely chopped) - 1/2 cup Green capsicum (finely chopped) - 3/4 cup Oil - 1 tbsp Mustard seeds - 1 tsp Curry leaves - 2 sprigs Green chilli (finely chopped) - 2 Salt - 1/2 tsp Lemon juice - 1 tbsp Method : 1. Heat oil in a Kadahi 2. Add mustard seeds and let them crackle 3. Add curry leaves and stir for a while 4.  Add chopped onions, green chilli, carrot, peas and mix nicely 5. Add tomatoes and  salt and mix nicely 6. Cover and cook for 2 minutes 7. Remove cover, add capsicum and mix 8. Vegetable Rava Upma (Renal & Diabetes Diet) Ingredients : Suji / Rava / Semolina - 1 cup Capsicum (finely chopped) - 1/4 cup Fresh green peas - 1/4 cup Onions (finely chopped) - 1/2 cup Green chilly (finely chopped) - 2 Green coriander (finely chopped) - 1 tbsp Lemon juice - 1 tbsp Salt - 1/4 tsp Vegetable Oil - 2 tbsp Urad dal - 1 tsp Chana dal - 1 tsp Mustard seeds - 1 tsp Curry leaves - 1 sprig Method : 1.  Boil 4 cups of water in a pan. 2.  In another heated hard bottom pan add oil.   3. Add urad dal, chana dal, mustard seeds, curry leaves in the heated oil 4.  Once mustard seeds splutter, add onion, capsicum, green peas, green chilies, fresh coriander and let it fry for 5 minutes till it becomes lightly tender. 5.  Add suji and fry the mixture until suji turns light brown on a low flame. 6.  Once you feel the aroma of fried suji, add salt and boiled water 7.
