Falahari Raw Banana Kofta Ingredients (Koftas) : Raw Banana - 500 gm Kuttu Atta (Buckwheat) / Singhara Atta (Water chestnut) - 4 tbsp Home made Cottage Cheese (grated) / Chhena - 1/2 cup Almonds (chopped) - 1 tbsp Cashew Nuts (chopped) - 1 tbsp Rock Salt (Sendha Namak) - 1 tsp Black Pepper (crushed) - 1/2 tsp Coriander Leaves (chopped) - 2 tbsp Green Chilly (chopped) - 1 tsp Lemon - 1 Peanut Oil for frying Ingredients (Gravy) : Curd - 1 cup Kuttu Atta (Buckwheat) / Singhara Atta (Water chestnut) - 3 tbsp Cumin Seeds - 1/2 tsp Green Chilly (slit) - 3-4 Desi Ghee / Peanut Oil - 2 tbsp Coriander leaves - 1 tbsp Rock Salt (Sendha Namak) - 1/2 tsp Method (Koftas) : 1.
