Carrot Halwa with Jaggery | गाजर का हलवा (गुड़ वाला)

Gajar Ka Halwa (With Jaggery) Ingredients: Carrot - 1 kg Desi Ghee - 1/2 cup Jaggery - 1 cup Full cream Milk - 1 litre Green Cardamom Powder - 2 tsp Almonds -8- 10 Pistachios (chopped) - 1 tbsp Cashews (chopped) - 1 tbsp Raisins (chopped) - 1 tbsp Method: 1. Trim the top and bottom of carrots 2. Wash them thoroughly under cold water to remove all the dirt 3. Peel the Carrots 4. Grate the carrots 5. Heat Ghee in a heavy bottom pan 6. Add Carrots and saute for 4-5 minutes or till carrot becomes soft 7. Add Milk and cook on high flame till the milk is nicely absorbed and evaporated 8. Keep stirring occasionally otherwise it will burn from the bottom 9. L ower the flame and add jaggery, cardamom powder, raisins and mix well 10. Gajar Ka Halwa (With Milk Powder) 🧾  Ingredients: Carrot - 1 kg Desi Ghee - 1/2 cup Sugar - 1 cup Milk Powder - 1 cup Green Cardamom Powder - 2 tsp Almonds - 10 Raisins - 10 Method: 🥕🔪 1. Prep the Carrots Trim the tops and ends of the carrots. Wash thoroughly under cold water to remove any dirt. Peel the carrots and grate them using a grater or food processor. 🍳🧈 2. Sauté the Carrots in Ghee Heat ghee in a heavy-bottomed pan or kadhai. Add the grated carrots and sauté for 4–5 minutes on medium heat until they soften and release aroma. 🍬🔥 3. Add Sugar & Cook Down Add sugar to the sautéed carrots and mix well. The carrots will begin to release water— continue cooking on medium-low heat until all the liquid evaporates. 🥜💧 4.
