Hari Matar ki Chat Ingredients : Green Peas - 3 cup Mustard Oil - 1 tbsp Cumin Seeds - 1 tsp Ginger (grated) - 1 tbsp Green Chillies (finely chopped) - 1 tbsp Salt - 1 tsp or as per taste Coriander powder - 1 tsp Chat masala - 1 tsp Lemon Juice - 1 tbsp Coriander leaves (finely chopped) - 1 tbsp Papdi / Sev for garnishing (optional) Method : 1. Heat oil in a pan 2. Add cumin seeds and allow to splutter 3. Add in ginger and green chillies and saute for a minute 4. Add green peas, salt and mix well 5. Cover and cook on low flame till peas are tender 6. Keep stirring in between 7. To check, take a pea in the spoon and press it with your finger, if it crushes easily, the peas have become tender 8. Add coriander powder and mix well 9. Cover and cook for 1-2 minutes 10. Remove from fire, add lemon juice, chat masala, coriander leaves and mix nicely 11.
