Bel Milk Shake | बेल मिल्क शेक

Bel Milk Shake Ingredients : Bel - 1 (about 500 gm) Milk - 2 glass (chilled) Sugar - 2 tbsp (optional) Green cardamom powder - 1/2 tsp Almonds (chopped) - 1 tbsp Pistachios (chopped) - 1 tbsp Method : 1. Slightly hammer Bel fruit along one of the circumference by rotating it slowly. Cut it into two parts 2. Using a spoon extract the pulp from it. 3. Soak the pulp in 1 glass of water for about 2 hours. 4. Mesh the pulp in water properly with hand. Don’t use mixer, as it will crush the seeds making the juice bitter. 5. Sieve the pulp to remove fibers and seeds. 6.  Take a mixer jar and add bel pulp, sugar (optional), green cardamom powder, milk and some ice cubes 7. Blend the milk shake in mixer 8. Pour the milk shake in glasses  9. Masala Chaach | मसाला छाछ

Masala Chaach Ingredients: Coriander leaves (roughly chopped) - 2 tbsp Mint leaves (roughly chopped) - 2 tbsp Ginger (roughly chopped) - 1/2 tbsp Green chilli - 1 (chopped) Curd - 1 cup Water - 1 glass Salt - 1/2 tsp Black salt - 1/2 tsp Roasted Cumin powder - 1/2 tsp Chat masala - 1/4 tsp Method: 1. Add curd, coriander leaves, mint leaves, ginger, green chilli in a blender 2. Blend all the ingredients. 3. Add 1 cup water in the blended mixture 4. Sieve the blended mixture to get a smooth texture 5. In the chaach add salt, black salt, cumin powder, chat masala and mix well 6. For serving add ice cubes in a glass and pour the prepared chaach 7. Garnish with mint leaves and serve it immediately 8. Masala Chaach aids in digestion, is a great tool against dehydration and helps caim the stomach after a spicy meal 9. Bel Sharbat | Wood Apple Juice Ingredients: Bel Fruit - 1 Black Salt - 3/4 tsp Roasted Cumin Powder- 3/4 tsp Sugar - 4 tbsp Method: 1. Slightly hammer Bel fruit along one of the circumference by rotating it slowly. Cut it into two parts 2. Using a spoon extract the pulp from it. 3. Soak the pulp in 4 cups of water for about 2 hours. 4. Mesh the pulp in water properly with hand. Don’t use mixer, as it will crush the seeds making the juice bitter. 5. Sieve the pulp to remove fibers and seeds. 6. Add little more water in the sieve and extract the remaining pulp from the fiber and seeds of the sieve 7. Now we have the smooth bel fruit extract 8. Add sugar, black salt, 1/2 tsp jeera powder in the juice and mix till the sugar dissolves 9. Keep it in refrigerator to cool 10. Green Mango Panna Ingredients: Raw Mango - 1/2 kg Cloves - 4 Black Pepper- 1/2 tsp Hing (Asafoetida) - 1/4 tsp Cumin Seeds - 2 tsp Black Salt - 2 tsp White Salt - 1 tsp Mint Leaves - 1+ 1/2 cup Boora (Powdered Sugar) - Optional Method: 1. Peel the mangoes and b oil them in sufficient amount of water 2. Dry Roast cloves, black pepper, Cumin seeds and hing 3. Wash mint leaves and grind them with the roasted masala 4. Let the mangoes cool along with the water 5. Separate the pulp of the mangoes from the seeds 6. Grind this pulp with the water 7. Add the mint paste in it 8. Sieve this mixture 9. Add black salt and white salt and mix well 10. Add sufficient amount of water and keep it in Refrigerator to cool 11. When you want to serve it, pour it in a glass and add 2-3 cubes of ice and serve it.
