Paneer Stuffed Capsicum (Baked) | पनीर भरवां शिमला मिर्च

Paneer Stuffed Capsicum Ingredients: Green Capsicum - 4 (400 gm) Paneer (crumbled) or Chhena  - 250 gm Green Peas - 1/2 cup Oil - 2 tbsp Cumin seeds - 1/2 tsp Hing (Asafoetida) - 1/4 tsp Coriander powder - 1 tsp Red Chilli Powder - 1/2 tsp Amchur powder - 1/4 tsp Ginger (grated) - 1 tsp Green Chilli (finely chopped) - 2 Green Coriander (finely chopped) - 3 tbsp Tomato (cut in rings) - 2 (optional) Salt - 1 tsp or as per taste Method: 1. Heat 1 tbsp Oil in a pan 2. Add cumin seeds and hing and let them splutter 3. Now add ginger and green chilli and stir it for a while 4. Now add green peas and fry it mixing it with the masala 5. Lower the flame, cover and cook for 2 minutes 6. Now add coriander powder, red chilli powder, amchur powder and mix well 7. Add crumbled paneer, 2 tbsp green coriander leaves and 3/4 tsp salt 8. Stuffed Capsicum with Potato (Microwave) Ingredients: Capsicum - 250 gm Potato - 250 gm (Boiled) Hing (Asafoetida) - 1/4 tsp Cumin seeds - 1/2 tsp Coriander powder - 2 tsp Red Chiili Powder - 1/2 tsp Garam masala powder - 1/2 tsp Amchur powder - 3/4 tsp Oil - 1 tbsp Salt - 1 tsp Cheese Slice - 1 (optional) Method: 1. Wash and Cut capsicum into two halves horizontally 2. Remove the seeds and stalk from the halves 3. Chop the boiled potatoes to small pieces 4. Heat oil in a pan 5. Add cumin seeds and hing 6. When cumin seeds splutter add chopped potatoes 7. Add coriander powder, red chilli powder, salt and mix well 8. Cook for 3-4 minutes and then add garam masala powder, amchur powder and mix nicely 9.
