Watermelon Lemonade | Tarbuz ka Sharbat | तरबूज़ का शरबत | तरबूज़ लेमोनेड

Watermelon Lemonade Ingredients : Watermelon (small cubes) - 4 cups  Sugar - 4 tbsp or as per taste Black Salt -  1/2 tsp Fresh lemon juice - 1/2 cup Method : 1. If the watermelon has big seeds then remove them using a tooth pick. The small white seeds can be ignored.  2. Place the watermelon into a blender and puree until smooth 3. Strain the puree through a sieve 4. Mix sugar with 1/2 cup warm water until sugar dissolves 5. Add black salt and mix till it dissolves 6. Transfer the sugar syrup in a big bowl  7. Stir in 3 cups of cold water and lemon juice 8.. Add the sieved watermelon puree and mix well 9. Serve it chilled with ice cubes and garnish with watermelon piece 10. Wheat Flour Poori Ingredients : Wheat flour - 1 cup Refined Oil - 1 tbsp Water as required (about 1/2 cup) Oil for deep frying Method : 1. Put wheat flour in a big and deep plate 2. Make a hole in the center and add 1/2 tbsp oil 3. Mix oil in the entire flour nicely 4. Pour 2 tbsp water and begin to make a dough 5. Add more water as needed to make a little stiff tight dough 6. Smear 1/4 tbsp oil and knead lightly and smoothen the dough. (Do not knead it a lot) 7. Divide the dough to 10 to 12 portions. 8.  Smoothen all the balls by pressing them lightly in between your palms and keep them covered in a bowl.. 9. Drizzle little oil on the rolling board 10. Moong Dal Halwa Ingredients : Moong dal - 1 cup Desi ghee - 1 cup Sooji (Semolina) - 1 tbsp Besan (Gram Flour) - 1 tbsp Sugar - 1 cup Water - 1 cup Green Cardamom powder - 1/2 tsp Pistachios, Almonds, Cashew Nuts - 2 tbsp each (chopped) Method : 1. Soak moong dal for at least 4 hours 2. Take out moong dal from water and grind it without using water 3. Heat ghee in a kadahi 4. Add sooji, besan and slowly mix this and roast this until it turns brown 5. N ow add ground moong dal and cook on low flame or else there may become knots (guthliyan) in the halwa 6. Ghee appearing to be too much will be absorbed by the Moong dal  7. Keep cooking on slow flame 8. By the time it is roasting prepare sugar syrup 9.   A dd water in another pan and add sugar in it 10.
