Broccoli Bell Pepper Stir Fry Ingredients : Broccoli florets - 2 heaped cups Green Bell Pepper (deseeded & chopped ) - 1/2 cup Red Bell Pepper (deseeded & chopped ) - 1/2 cup Yellow Bell Pepper (deseeded & chopped ) - 1/2 cup Cumin seeds - 1/2 tsp Ginger (grated) - 1 tsp Onion (sliced) - 1 (medium size) Tomato (chopped and deseeded) - 1 (medium size) Salt - 1 tsp or as per taste Turmeric powder - 1/8 tsp Red Chilli powder - 1/2 tsp Garam masala powder - 1/2 tsp Roased peanuts (crushed) - 2 tbsp Oil - 2 tbsp Method : 1. Heat 4 cups of water in a pot 2. Add 1/2 tsp salt and broccoli florets in it 3. Leave for about 10 minutes 4. Drain off the water and set aside 5. Heat Oil in a pan and add cumin 6. When they begin to splutter add ginger. Fry until it turns aromatic 7. Add sliced onions and fry till it becomes transparent on medium heat 8.
