Raw Banana Kabab Ingredients : Raw Banana - 500 gm Chana dal - 1 cup Dry red chillies - 6-7 Cinnamon stick - 1 inch Bay leaves - 2 Cloves - 3 Black pepper - 7 Big Cardamom -1  Salt - 1 tsp or as per tatse Garlic - 10-12 cloves Onion (sliced) - 1/2 cup Bread slices - 2 Green coriander (finely chopped) - 1/2 cup Onion (finely chopped) - 1/2 cup Green chillies (finely chopped) - 1 tbsp Amchur powder - 1/4 tsp Lemon juice - 1 tbsp Coriander seeds (roasted and pounded) - 1 tbsp Raosted cumin powder - 1/2 tsp Chat masala - 1 tsp Red chilli powder - 1/2 tsp Oil for frying kababs Method : 1. Soak chana dal for 3-4 hours and then remove from water 2. Peel the raw bananas and remove the thick skin 3. Cut 2 inch big pieces of the raw banana 4. In a cooker add soaked dal, raw banana pieces, dry red chillies, cinnamon stick, bay leaves, cloves, black pepper, big cardamom, 1/2 tsp salt, sliced onion, garlic cloves 5.
