🥬  Bathua Ki Bhujia Recipe – Nutritious Winter Stir-Fry Ingredients: Bathua - 500 gm Ginger - 1 tsp (Finely chopped) Garlic - 1/2 tsp (Finely chopped) Green Chilly - 2 (Finely chopped) Dry Red Chilly - 2 Salt - 1/4 tsp Hing (Asafoetida)- 1/4 tsp Cumin Seeds - 1/2 tsp Mustard Oil - 2 tbsp Method:   🌿 Step 1: Clean the Bathua Leaves Separate the bathua leaves from stems. Remove any grass or tough stalks . 💧 Step 2: Wash Thoroughly Rinse the leaves in clean water twice to remove dirt and impurities. Drain the excess water. 🔥 Step 3: Boil the Bathua In a pan, add the cleaned bathua with 2 cups of water . Cover with a lid and let it boil for 5–6 minutes until softened. 🥣 Step 4: Drain the Boiled Bathua Turn off the heat and strain out excess water using a colander.
