Method:

बथुआ की भुजिआ
सामग्री:
बथुआ - ५०० ग्रामअदरक - १ छोटा चम्मच (बारीक कटी हुई)
लहसुन - १ छोटा चम्मच (बारीक कटा हुआ)
हरी मिर्च - २ (बारीक कटी हुई)
साबुत लाल मिर्च - २
नमक - १/४ छोटा चम्मच
हींग - १/४ छोटा चम्मच
जीरा - १/२ छोटा चम्मच
सरसों का तेल - १ बड़ा चम्मच
विधि:
१. बथुआ को साफ करके मोटी मोटी डंडियां हटा दें, घास हटा दें और पत्तियां तोड़ लीजिए.२. इसे साफ पानी में २ बार धो लीजिए.
३. बथुआ में १ कप पानी डाल कर इसे ढककर उबलने रख दीजिए.
४. इसे ५-६ मिनिट तक पकायें
५. बथुआ के उबलने पर गैस बन्द कर दीजिये और बथुआ से अतिरिक्त पानी निकाल लीजिए.
६. एक पैन में तेल गरम करें

८. अब अदरक और लहसुन डाल कर १ मिनट तक भूनें
९. अब हरी मिर्च डालें और एक मिनट तक भूनें
१०. उबला हुआ बथुआ और नमक डालें और अच्छे से मिलायें
११. इसे ३-४ मिनट तक या जब तक पानी सुख जाये पकायें
