  Milk Powder Jaggery Gujiya Ingredients (Covering): Maida (Refined Wheat Flour) - 3 cup Desi Ghee - 1/2 cup Milk - 1 cup Ingredients (Stuffing): Milk Powder - 1 cup Desi Ghee - 2.5 tbsp Milk - 1/2 cup Jaggery powder - 3/4 cup Dessicated Coconut - 1/2 cup Raisin (chopped) - 2 tbsp  Cashewnut (chopped) - 2 tbsp Almonds (chopped) - 2 tbsp Chironji (Chiroli) - 2 tbsp Green Cardamom powder - 1/2 tsp Ghee (for frying) Method (Covering): 1. Take refined flour in a large bowl or shallow plate and mix ghee in it. 2. Now add lukewarm milk in small portions and knead a bit stiff dough 3. Cover and keep aside the dough for 20 minutes to set. Method (Stuffing): 1.  Heat ghee in a pan and add milk to it. 2. Now mix milk powder in small parts and keep stirring constantly till it gets smooth and thick in consistency. 3. Chocolate Ice Cream with Milk Powder Ingredients : Milk - 2 cups Drinking Chocolate - 4 tbsp Sugar - 3/4 cup Cornflour - 2 tbsp Milk powder - 2 tbsp Method : 1.  In a small mixing bowl take milk powder, then add cornflour and mix well with a spoon. 2. Add 1/4 cup milk and whisk it well so that there are no lumps. 3. Keep it aside 4. In a sauce pan, bring remaining milk to boil 5. Now add sugar and mix well until sugar completely dissolves 6. Now add milk powder mixture and keep cooking until it becomes slightly thick and coats the laddle 7. Switch off the flame and set aside to cool. 8. Once completely cool, blend it with drinking chocolate in a blender 9. Transfer to a freezer proof box and freeze for at least 4 hours. 10. Then beat it and freeze it. Mango Ice Cream with Milk Powder Ingredients : Milk - 2 cups Mangoes - 2 (for 3/4 cup puree) Sugar - 1/2 cup Cornflour - 2 tbsp Milk powder - 2 tbsp Method : 1. Peel the skin from mangoes, then chop it roughly. 2. Transfer chopped mangoes to a mixer jar and blend it to a smooth puree 3. In a small mixing bowl take milk powder, then add cornflour and mix well with a spoon. 4. Add 1/4 cup milk and whisk it well so that there are no lumps. 5. Keep it aside 6. Karela Peels Fry | Karela Ke Chilkon Ki Sabji Ingredients: Karela (Bitter Gourd) Peels of 250 gm Karela Onion - 1/2 cup (Chopped finely lengthwise) Turmeric Powder - 1/2 tsp Coriander Powder - 1 tsp Salt - 1 tsp Saunf (Fennel) Powder - 1 tsp Red Chilli Powder - 1/2 tsp Amchur Powder - 1 tsp Mustard Oil - 1 tbsp Method: 1. Karela Do Pyaza Ingredients: Karela (Bitter Gourd) - 250 gm Onion - 250 gm (Chopped finely lengthwise) Turmeric Powder - 1/2 tsp Coriander Powder - 1 tsp Salt - 1 tsp Saunf (Fennel) Powder - 2 tsp Red Chilli Powder - 1/2 tsp Amchur Powder - 1 tsp Mustard Oil - 2 tbsp Method: 1. Lightly scrap the karelas 2. Wash them and cut them in thin rings 3. If there are hard seeds in the karelas, remove them 4. Add 1/2 tsp salt in it and mix. Keep it aside for half an hour 5.
