Punjabi Style Kamal Kakdi - Aloo Sabji  ๐Ÿงพ  Ingredients: Lotus Stem (Kamal kakdi) - 250 gm Potatoes (peeled and cubed) - 2 (medium size) Onion (grated) - 2 (medium size) Tomato (pureed) - 2 (large) Mustard oil - 1 tbsp Ginger-garlic paste - 1 tsp  Tumeric powder - 1 tsp Red chili powder - 1 tsp Coriander powder - 1 tbsp Amchoor powder - 1/2 tsp  Cumin seeds - 1 tsp Cloves - 2 Cinnanom stick - 1 inch Garam masala - 1/2 tsp Salt - 1 tsp or to taste Mustard oil for deep frying (can use normal oil too) Coriander leaves for garnish Method: ๐Ÿ”ช๐Ÿฅ” 1. Quick Healthy Paper Chivda Namkeen  Ingredients: Thin Chivda (Poha) - 1 cup  Peanuts - 1/2 cup  Roasted chana - 1/2 cup  Makhana - 1 cup  Murmura - 2 cups  Coconut slices - 1/4 cup Curry leaves - 2 sprigs  Cumin seeds - 1 tsp  Fennel seeds - 2 tsp  Turmeric powder - 1 tsp  Red chilli powder - 1 tsp Dry red chilli - 4 Salt - 1/2 tsp or as per taste  Black salt - 1/2 tsp  Amchur powder - 1 tsp  Oil - 3 tbsp  Method: 1. Heat 2 tbsp oil in a kadahi  2. Add coconut slices, curry leaves, peanuts, roasted chana, cumin seeds, 1 tsp fennel seeds, 1/2 tsp turmeric powder, 1/2 tsp red chilli powder and mix  3. Bihari Style Karela Aloo Sabzi Ingredients: Karela / Bittergourd - 250 gm Mustard oil - 2 tbsp Cumin seeds - 1 tsp Garlic (finely chopped) - 4 cloves Onions (thinly sliced) - 2 Potatoes (thickly sliced) - 250 gm Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp Garam masala powder - 1/2 tsp Coriander powder - 1 tsp Amchur powder - 1 tsp Red chilli powder - 1 tsp Salt to taste Jaggery - 1 tsp (optional) Method: 1. Wash, peel and cut thin strips of karela. If the seeds are too hard deseed it 2. In a pressure cooker add karela strips, 1/2 tsp salt, 2 tbsp water 3. Peel and grate the green mango.  2. Finely chop onion 3. Cut tomato into cubes after removing the seeds 4. Peel and chop the cucumber into small pieces 5. Aloo Masala Poori Ingredients: Whole wheat flour - 2 cups Sooji - 2 cups Potato (boiled) - 4 (medium size) Red chili flakes - 2 tsp Kasoori Methi - 1 tsp Turmeric powder - 1 tsp Roasted cumin powder - 1 tsp Ajwain - 1 tsp Salt as per taste Coriander leaves (finely chopped) - 1 cup Oil - 4 tsp Oil for frying  Method: 1. In a mixing bowl add 2 cup sooji and 2 cup very hot water 2. Mix it nicely using a spoon  3. Cover it and keep it aside for 10 minutes 4. After 10 minutes add boiled and mashed 4 potatoes, 2 cup wheat flour, red chili flakes, kasoori methi, turmeric powder, cumin powder, ajwain, salt, coriander leaves, 4 tsp oil 5.
