Raw Mango Salad Indian Style Ingredients: Raw or Green Mango - 1 Onion - 1 Tomato - 1 Cucumber - 1 Green Chilies (finely chopped) - 1 Fresh Coriander Leaves (Finely Chopped) - 2 tbsp  Lemon - 1 Salt & Pepper As per taste Sugar - 1 tsp  Method: 1. Peel and grate the green mango.  2. Finely chop onion 3. Cut tomato into cubes after removing the seeds 4. Peel and chop the cucumber into small pieces 5. In a large bowl add grated mango, chopped onion, tomato cubes, chopped cucumber 6. Add green chillies, coriander leaves, salt, pepper 7. Squeeze in lemon and add sugar 8. Mix it well and serve immediately

Satvik Cheesy Salad Without Cheese Ingredients: Cashew nuts - 1/2 cup Green chili - 1 Fresh coconut - 1/4 cup Broccoli florets - 1 cup Corn kernels - 1 cup Black chana sprouts - 1/2 cup Red capsicum (diced) - 1/2 cup Yellow capsicum (diced) - 1/2 cup Cucumber (finely chopped) - 1/2 cup Carrot (finely chopped) - 1/2 cup Rock Salt / Sendha Namak - 1 tsp Oregano - 1 tsp Method: 1. Soak cashew nuts in enough water for 6 hours 2. Add soaked cashews, green chili, coconut in a mixer jar 3. Grind them till you get a smooth creamy paste 4. Add broccoli florets, corn kernels, black chana sprouts in a sieve 5. Place the sieve over a pan of boiling water and steam for 2-3 minutes 6. Now add red capsicum, yellow capsicum in it and steam for 2-3 minutes more 7. Now take out the steamed veggies in a mixing bowl 8. Let them cool and then add cucumber, carrot, cashew paste 9. Add rock salt, oregano and mix 10. Garnish with almonds, dry blueberries, flax seeds

Butter Garlic Broccoli Salad / Appetizer Ingredients: Broccoli florets - 2 cups Carrots (cubed) - 1 cup Onion (cubed) - 1 cup Garlic (finely chopped) - 1/2 tbsp Butter - 2 tbsp Coriander leaves (finely chopped) - 4 tbsp Oregano - 1 tsp Red chili flakes - 1 tsp Salt - 1/2 tsp or as per taste Method: 1. In a mixing bowl add broccoli florets, carrots, onion, garlic, butter 2. Mix nicely 3. Add coriander leaves, oregano, chili flakes, salt 4. Toss well to mix everything nicely 5. Transfer to the air fryer basket 6. Air fry at 180 C for 12 minutes  7. Toss and mix in between for even cooking 8. Quick and easy Butter Garlic Broccoli is ready to be served as a Salad or Appetizer

Creamy Cucumber Salad Ingredients: English Cucumber - 2 Onion (sliced) - 1/2 cup Cream - 1/2 cup Mayonnaise - 3 tbsp Fresh Dill (chopped) - 1/4 cup White Vinegar - 3 tbsp Sugar - 1/2 tsp Salt - 1/2 tsp or as per taste Black pepper - 1/3 tsp Method: 1. Wash the cucumbers and cut them into slices about1/4-inch thick 2. Slice one medium sized onion  3. Wash and chop finely dill leaves 4. In a large bowl add cream, mayonnaise, dill leaves, vinegar, sugar, 1/8 tsp salt 5. Whisk them to combine the ingredients nicely 6. Add sliced cucumber, onion and gently toss well to coat 7. Refrigerate for at least one hour before serving 8. Taste and season with additional salt, black pepper and sprinkle dill leaves 9. Store leftover salad in the fridge for up to 2-3 days 10. Stir before serving

Broccoli Stir Fry with Almonds Ingredients : Broccoli florets minced - 2.5 cups Onion (finely chopped) - 3/4 cup Oil - 2 tbsp Curry leaves - 8-10 Green chilli (slit) - 1 Cumin seeds - 1/4 tsp Mustard seeds - 1/8 tsp Ginger garlic paste - 1 tsp Red chilli powder - 1/3 tsp Garam masala powder - 3/4 tsp Almonds (blanched) - 20 Salt - 1 tsp Lemon Juice - 1 tbsp Method: 1. Heat oil in a pan 2. Add cumin seeds and mustard seeds 3. Add curry leaves and fry 4. Add chopped onions and fry till they are lightly golden  5. Add ginger garlic paste and fry till the raw smell disappears 6. Add broccoli florets , salt and fry for 2-3 minutes 7. Add red chilli powder, garam masala powder and stir well 8. Cover and cook for 2-3 minutes 9. Make a fine paste of almonds by adding liitle water 10. Pour almond paste in the pan  11. Stir fry for 2-3 minutes or till it becomes fragrant and cooked 12. Add lemon juice and give a mix 13. Serve Broccoli Stir Fry with rice, roti or as side dish

Veggie Salad with Lettuce Ingredients : Lettuce (shredded) - 2 cups Carrot (grated) - 1/2 cup Radish ( grated) - 1/2 cup Beet root (grated) - 1/2 cup Red capsicum / bell pepper (finely chopped) - 1/4 cup Yellow capsicum / bell pepper (finely chopped) - 1/4 cup Cucumber (deseeded finely chopped) - 1/2 cup Ginger (grated) - 2 tbsp Honey - 1 tbsp Lemon juice - 1 tbsp Cumin seeds powder - 1/2 tsp Salt - 1/2 tsp Black pepper powder - 1/2 tsp Walnuts or roasted peanuts - 2 tbsp Method : 1. Grind ginger with little water and then sieve it to get ginger juice 2. Add honey, lemon juice, cumin powder, salt, black pepper powder to ginger juice and mix nicely 3. In a large bowl add lettuce, beet root, carrots, radish, red capsicum, yellow capsicum, cucumber 4. Give a toss to all the veggies 5. Veg Russian Salad | Olivier Salad Ingredients: Cabbage (Finely Chopped)- 1/2 cup Potato (Chopped)- 1/2 cup Carrot (Chopped)- 1/2 cup Green Capsicum (Chopped)- 1/2 cup French beans (Chopped)- 1/4 cup Peas - 1/4 cup Sweet Corn - 1/4 cup Apple (Chopped) - 1 Cucumber (Chopped)- 1 Veg Mayonnaise - 3 tbsp Cream - 1 tbsp Sugar - 1 tsp Salt - 1 tsp Black Pepper powder - 1/2 tsp Pomegranate seeds - 2 tbsp Method: 1. Kachumber Salad Ingredients: Cucumber - 1 cup (cut into thin strips) Carrot - 1 cup (cut into thin strips) Green capsicum - 1/2 cup (cut into thin strips) White Radish - 1 cup (cut into thin strips) Onion - 1 cup (thin slices) Tomato - 1 cup (cut into thin strips after removing seeds and pulp) Green Chillies - 1 tbsp (chopped) Coriander Leaves - 2 tbsp (finely chopped) Salt - 1/2 tsp Black salt - 1/4 tsp Red Chilli powder - 1/4 tsp Lemon Juice - 1 tbsp Beetroot - 1 tbsp (grated) Method: 1.
