🥘  Mooli ke Kofte Recipe Delicious radish koftas simmered in a spiced curry – a comforting winter dish! 🧾 Ingredients For the Koftas (Radish Dumplings): 2 cups grated mooli (white radish) 3–4 tbsp besan (gram flour) 1–2 green chilies, finely chopped 1 tsp ginger, grated ½ tsp cumin seeds ¼ tsp ajwain (carom seeds) – optional Salt to taste A pinch of turmeric Fresh coriander leaves, chopped Oil – for deep frying or shallow frying For the Gravy: 2 medium tomatoes – pureed 1 tsp ginger-garlic paste 1–2 green chilies (slit or chopped) ½ tsp cumin seeds 1 tsp coriander powder ¼ tsp turmeric powder ½ tsp red chili powder Salt to taste 1–2 tbsp oil or ghee Fresh coriander – for garnish 🥄 Step 1: Prepare the Kofta Mixture Grate the radish and squeeze out excess water. Bottle Gourd Kofte | Lauki Ke Kofte Ingredients (Koftas): Lauki (Bottle Gourd) - 500 gram  Besan - 1/2 cup Green chilly - 2 (Finely chopped) Ginger - 1/2" piece (Finely grated) Red Chilli Powder - 1/4 tsp Green coriander - 1 tbsp (Finely chopped) Salt - 1/2 tsp Oil for frying Method (Koftas): 1. Peel, wash and grate the Lauki 2. In a bowl nicely mix grated lauki, green chilly, ginger, red chilli powder, green coriander, besan and salt 3.  Heat Oil in a Kadahi   4.  Take about 1 tbsp mixture in your fingers and put it in Kadahi.
