Sukhi Arbi Masala Fry (without onion) | भुनी सूखी अरबी मसाला (बिना प्याज)

Sukhi Arbi Masala Fry Ingredients: Arbi - 500 gm Oil - 4 tbsp Ajwain - 1 tsp Coriander powder - 2 tsp Red Chilli powder - 1 tsp Amchur powder - 1 tsp Method : 1. Wash arbi nicely to remove all the mud and dirt 2. Boil it in cooker with enough water for 2-3 whistles 3. Let the boiled arbi cool 4. Peel the arbi 5.  Lightly press the arbi between your palms and flatten it 6. Heat oil in a kadahi or pan 7. Add ajwain and let it crackle 8. Add coriander powder, red chilli powder and lower the heat 9. Now add the flattened arbi in the pan one by one, spreading them in the pan  10. Add salt and flip the arbi pieces gently to coat them with spices 11. Let the arbi cook on low medium heat for a while 12. Flip it to cook it from other side as well 13. Keep cooking till it becomes crispy from both sides 14.
