Pista Kulfi With Milk Powder | पिस्ता कुल्फी (मिल्क पाउडर वाली)

Pista Kulfi With Milk Powder Ingredients : Milk - 2.5 cups (500 ml) Sugar - 1/2 cup Cornflour - 2 tbsp Milk powder - 2 tbsp Cream (Malai) - 1/2 cup Almonds (chopped) - 1  tbsp. Pistachios (chopped) - 1 tbsp Green Cardamom powder - 1/2 tsp Method : 1.  In a small mixing bowl take milk powder, then add cornflour and mix well with a spoon. 2. Add 1/4 cup milk and whisk it well so that there are no lumps. 3. Keep it aside 4. In a sauce pan, bring remaining milk to boil 5. Now add sugar,  1 tbsp almonds, 1 tbsp pistachios  and mix well until sugar completely dissolves 6. Now add milk powder mixture and keep cooking until it becomes slightly thick and coats the laddle 7. Switch off the flame and set aside to cool. 8. Once completely cool, add cream and mix well 9. Add cardamom powder and mix well  10.  Transfer to freezer proof container (flat box) and freeze for at least 3 hours. 11. Then beat it again and freeze for 3 hours. No Cook Mango Ice Cream | बिना पकाये मैंगो आइस क्रीम

No Cook Mango Ice Cream  Ingredients: Ripe Mangoes - 1/2 kg Fresh Cream - 1 cup Full Cream Milk (Cold) - 1cup Full Cream Milk Powder - 1 cup Grounded Sugar - 1/2 cup Pistachios (Finely cut lengthwise) - 1 tbsp Almonds (Finely cut lengthwise) - 1 tbsp Method: 1. Peel the mangoes 2. Cut the mangoes in small pieces 3. Blend the mangoes to get a smooth pulp 4. Add cream, milk, milk powder and grounded sugar to the mangoes and blend again to get a smooth mixture 5.Pour this mixture into ice cream molds of your choice 6. Mango Ice Cream | मैंगो आइसक्रीम

Mango Ice Cream Ingredients: Full Cream Milk - 1 litre Ripe Mangoes - 1 kg Sugar - 1/2 cup Cream - 1 cup Almonds - 1 tbsp (Chopped lengthwise) Pistachio - 1 tbsp (Chopped lengthwise) Method: 1. Boil Milk on low flame till it reduces to 1/2 quantity 2. Now add sugar and boil for 5 minutes on low flame 3. Now allow this milk to Cool 4. Wash the mangoes and peel them 5. Cut the mangoes into small pieces 6. Blend these mangoes in Blender 7. Now add the boiled and cooled milk and cream and blend again 8. Now pour this mixture in different shaped containers of your choice 9. Keep them in the Freezer for 8 hours. 10. Kulfi Ice Cream Ingredients: Full Cream Milk - 1 litre Poppy seeds (Khaskhas) - 2 tsp Sugar - 1/2 cup Cream - 1/2 cup Almonds - 12 (Soaked and Peeled) Cashew nuts - 12 Pistachio - 1 tsp Green Cardamom Powder - 1/2 tsp Method: 1. Soak Poppy seeds in lukewarm water for half an hour 2. Chop Almonds lengthwise 3. Chop Pistachios lengthwise 4. Grind Cashew nuts and Poppy Seeds.  5. Add 1 tbsp milk in the grinder and grind again to get a smooth paste 6. Heat Milk for boiling on high flame 7. When it is about to boil lower the flame and let it boil till it remains 3/4th of the quantity 8. Add the cashew poppy paste in this milk and keep boiling till it becomes 1/2 of the quantity 9. Add Sugar and boil for 2 more minutes 10. Add Cardamom powder and let it cool  11. Add Cream and then beat it nicely 12.
