Tinda Do Pyaza | Indian Apple Gourd With Double The Onions | टिंडा दो प्याज़ा

Tinda Do Pyaza Ingredients: Tinda (Indian Apple Gourd) - 250 gm (small in size) Small Onions (shallots) - 250 gm Big Onion - 250 gm Cumin seeds - 1/2 tsp Bay leaf - 1 Coriander Powder - 2 tsp Turmeric Powder - 1/2 tsp Red Chilli Powder - 1/2 tsp Garam Masala Powder - 1 tsp Ginger (Grated) - 1 tbsp Green Chilly - 3 (Cut into big pieces) Oil - 2 tbsp Salt - 1 tsp Curd - 4 tbsp Coriander Leaves (Finely chopped) - 1 tbsp Method: 1. Peel and wash the small onions 2. Peel and wash the Tinda 3. Peel and grate the big onions 4. Using a knife make spiral cuts in the tinda without breaking it 5. Heat Oil in a pan 6. Add Cumin seeds and bay leaf 7. After the cumin seeds have crackled,    add grated ginger and green chilly pieces and saute for few seconds  8.  Now  add grated onion  9.  Saute the onions till they become light brown 10.
