  Bathua Aloo Bharwa Paratha  Ingredients : Bathua - 500 gm Potato (boiled) - 4 (medium size) Ginger (grated) - 1 tbsp Green Chilli - 2-3 (finely chopped) Salt - 1.5 tsp Hing (Asafoetida)- 1/2 tsp Cumin Seeds - 1/2 tsp Mustard Oil - 2 tbsp Wheat Flour - 4 cup Refined oil - 2-3 tbsp Method: 1. Clean bathua by plucking leaves and removing sticks and grass 2. Wash it with clean water 2 times 3. Put 2 cup water in bathua and let it boil, covered with a lid 4. Cook it for 5-6 minutes 5.  Remove bathua from fire and strain.  6. When the bathua has cooled, press it between palms to remove as much water as you can.  7. Keep the excess water of bathua aside 8. 🥬  Bathua Ki Bhujia Recipe – Nutritious Winter Stir-Fry Ingredients: Bathua - 500 gm Ginger - 1 tsp (Finely chopped) Garlic - 1/2 tsp (Finely chopped) Green Chilly - 2 (Finely chopped) Dry Red Chilly - 2 Salt - 1/4 tsp Hing (Asafoetida)- 1/4 tsp Cumin Seeds - 1/2 tsp Mustard Oil - 2 tbsp Method:   🌿 Step 1: Clean the Bathua Leaves Separate the bathua leaves from stems. Remove any grass or tough stalks . 💧 Step 2: Wash Thoroughly Rinse the leaves in clean water twice to remove dirt and impurities. Bathua Ki Poori Ingredients: Bathua (Chenopodium)- 250gm Wheat Flour (Atta) - 3 cup Salt - 1 tbsp Carom Seeds (Ajwain) - 1 tsp Red Chilli Powder - 1/2 tsp Garam Masala Powder - 1/2 tsp Oil for frying Method: 1. Clean bathua by plucking leaves and removing sticks and grass 2. Wash it with clean water 3 times 3. Put 1 cup water in bathua and let it boil, covered with a lid 4. Cook it for 5-6 minutes 5. Remove bathua from fire and strain away the excess water 6. Let the boiled bathua cool 7. Grind bathua coarsely in mixie 8.
