🥗  Kala Chana Salad without Onion A refreshing, protein-rich salad – oil-free, vegan, and perfect for a clean diet. 🧾  Ingredients: Kala Chana (Black chickpeas) - 3/4 cup Carrots - 2 (grated) Cucumber - 1 (peeled and chopped) Tomatoes - 2 (chopped) Coriander leaves - 2 tbsp (chopped) Green chillies - 2 (finely chopped) Lemon juice of 1 lemon Salt - 1 tsp Method: 🫘 Step 1: Soak the Chana Wash and soak 1 cup kala chana (black chickpeas) overnight or for at least 5–6 hours in plenty of water. 🔥 Step 2: Cook the Chana Drain and transfer the soaked chana to a pressure cooker . Add 3 cups of water and ½ tsp salt . Once pressure builds, lower the heat and cook for 30 minutes .
