Instant Ragi Dosa | इंस्टेंट रागी डोसा

Instant Ragi Dosa Ingredients : Ragi flour - 1 cup Rice flour - 1/2 cup Sooji / Rava - 1/2 cup Curd - 1/2 cup Salt - 1/2 tsp or as per taste Green chilly (finely chopped) - 1 Green coriander (finely chopped) - 1 tbsp Oil - 1 tsp and for roasting dosa Mustard seeds - a pinch Cumin seeds - 1/2 tsp Ginger (finely chopped)n - 1 tsp Curry leaves (finely chopped) - 1 tbsp Method : 1. Add ragi flour, rice flour, rava, salt and curd in a bowl 2. Pour about 1 cup water and mix to make a thin batter of pouring consistency 3. If required add little more water and mix 4. Cover it and keep this aside for 15 minutes 5. Add coriander leaves, green chillies and mix 6. Heat 1 tsp oil in a small pan 7. Add mustard seeds, cumin seeds and let them pop 8. Add curry leaves, ginger and saute for 30 seconds 9. Pour this on the batter and stir 10. Check the consistency of batter. If required add more water and mix 11. Grease a Tawa with little oil.
