Karela Do Pyaza | करेला दो प्याज़ा

Karela Do Pyaza Ingredients: Karela (Bitter Gourd) - 250 gm Onion - 250 gm (Chopped finely lengthwise) Turmeric Powder - 1/2 tsp Coriander Powder - 1 tsp Salt - 1 tsp Saunf (Fennel) Powder - 2 tsp Red Chilli Powder - 1/2 tsp Amchur Powder - 1 tsp Mustard Oil - 2 tbsp Method: 1. Lightly scrap the karelas 2. Wash them and cut them in thin rings 3. If there are hard seeds in the karelas, remove them 4. Add 1/2 tsp salt in it and mix. Keep it aside for half an hour 5. Now squeeze out the salt and water from the pieces of karelas 6. Heat Oil in a pan 7. Fry karela rings in oil 8. Keep stirring the karelas in between 9. Fry for 10 minutes or till they turn golden brown 10. Remove fried karelas from oil and keep aside 11. Add Onions in the pan now and cook until onions turn golden brown 12.
