Bathua Aloo Kachori | बथुआ आलू कचोरी

Bathua Aloo Kachori Ingredients : Whole wheat flour - 2 cups Bathua - 500 gram Potato (boiled and grated) - 1 cup Green chillies - 2 Ginger powder - 1 tbsp Salt - 1 tsp Red Chilli Powder - 1/4 tsp Coriander Powder - 1/4 tsp Carom Seeds - 1 tsp Hing (Asafoetida) - 1/4 tsp Desi Ghee - 1 tbsp Oil for frying Method : 1.  Cl ean bathua by plucking leaves and removing sticks and grass 2. Wash it with clean water 2 times 3. Add 1 cup water in bathua, cover and boil till bathua becomes tender 4.  Remove bathua from pan and strain away the excess water and keep the water as well 5. Press with your hands and remove the water nicely from bathua  6. Coarsely grind bathua and green chillies 7. Grate the boiled potatoes 8. Take wholewheat flour in a big plate and add ground bathua, ginger powder, salt, red chilli powder, coriander powder, carom seeds, hing, desi ghee and potato 9. Mix all the ingredients and using bathua water little by liitle make a hard dough....

Healthy Carrot Spinach Tomato Soup 🧾  Ingredients: Spinach - 250 gm Carrot - 200 gm Tomato - 250 gm Ginger - 2 tbsp (grated) Salt - 1 tsp Roasted Cumin Seed Powder - 1 tsp Crushed Black Pepper - 1/2 tsp Desi Ghee - 1 tsp Method: 🥬🥕🍅 1. Prep the Vegetables Wash and chop spinach leaves . Peel, wash, and chop carrots . Wash and chop tomatoes . 🔥🥣 2. Pressure Cook the Veggies In a pressure cooker, add: Chopped spinach, carrots, tomatoes, and a small piece of ginger 1 cup of water Pressure cook for 3 whistles , then let it cool completely. 🌀🍵 3. Blend to Smoothness Once cooled, blend the boiled vegetables into a smooth puree using a mixer or hand blender. 🍳🌿 4. Temper the Soup In a separate pan, heat a little desi ghee and add cumin powder . Bathua Raita Ingredients: Bathua - 200 gm Curd - 400gm (2 cup) Salt - 1/4 tsp Black Salt - 1/4 tsp Green Chilly - 1 (finely chopped) Hing - 1/4 tsp Cumin Seeds - 1/2 tsp Method: 1. Clean bathua by plucking leaves and removing sticks and grass 2. Wash it with clean water 2 times 3. Put 1 cup water in bathua and let it boil, covered with a lid 4. Cook it for 5-6 minutes 5. Dry roast cumin seeds and hing 6. Coarsely grind cumin seeds and hing 7. Remove bathua from fire and strain away the excess water 8. Let the boiled bathua cool 9. Grind bathua coarsely in mixie 10. Beat curd to make it smooth 11. Add ground bathua, salt, black salt, green chilly in curd and mix well 12. Sprinkle ground cumin seeds and hing 13. Spinach Ginger Soup Ingredients: Fresh Spinach - 250 gm Ginger - 1 tbsp (grated) Green Chilly - 1 (chopped) Salt - 1 tsp Desi Ghee - 1 tsp Butter - 1 tbsp Cumin Seeds - 1/2 tsp Lemon Juice - 1 tbsp  Freshly crushed black pepper - 1/2 tsp Bread slice - 2 Method: How to Make Crispy Bread Croutons 🍞✨ Remove the crusts from bread slices. Brush both sides of the bread with melted butter. Cut the bread slices into small cubes. Arrange the cubes on an ungreased baking tray. Bake in a preheated oven at 175°C (350°F) for 15 minutes or until golden brown. Remove from the oven and set aside.
