Masala Chaach | मसाला छाछ

Masala Chaach Ingredients: Coriander leaves (roughly chopped) - 2 tbsp Mint leaves (roughly chopped) - 2 tbsp Ginger (roughly chopped) - 1/2 tbsp Green chilli - 1 (chopped) Curd - 1 cup Water - 1 glass Salt - 1/2 tsp Black salt - 1/2 tsp Roasted Cumin powder - 1/2 tsp Chat masala - 1/4 tsp Method: 1. Add curd, coriander leaves, mint leaves, ginger, green chilli in a blender 2. Blend all the ingredients. 3. Add 1 cup water in the blended mixture 4. Sieve the blended mixture to get a smooth texture 5. In the chaach add salt, black salt, cumin powder, chat masala and mix well 6. For serving add ice cubes in a glass and pour the prepared chaach 7. Garnish with mint leaves and serve it immediately 8. Masala Chaach aids in digestion, is a great tool against dehydration and helps caim the stomach after a spicy meal 9.
