🧆 Kamal Kakdi Ke Kabab  Ingredients: Kamal Kaki (Lotus stem) - 500 grams Chana Dal - 1 cup Black cardamom (seeds only) - 2 Ginger (grated) - 2 tsp Garlic (peeled and chopped) - 1 tsp (optional) Salt - 1 tsp or as per taste Green chillies (finely chopped) - 1 tsp or as per taste Onion (finely chopped) - 2 tbsp Coriander leaves (finely chopped) - 2 tbsp Oil to fry - 2 tbsp Onion rings to garnish Lemon wedges to garnish Method: 🥬 Step 1: Prep the Lotus Stem Peel, wash, and slice the kamal kakdi (lotus stem) into thin pieces. 🍲 Step 2: Cook the Base Mixture In a deep pan, add the sliced lotus stem, chana dal , cardamom seeds, garlic, ginger, and 1 cup water . Bring it to a boil, then reduce the heat, cover, and cook until everything becomes soft and the water is fully absorbed. ❄️ Step 3: Cool and Grind Remove from heat and let the mixture cool down completely.
