Badami Paneer Masala (Paneer In Almond Gravy) Ingredients: Paneer (Cottage Cheese) - 200 gms (Cut into small cubes) Badam (Almond) - 1/2 cup Onion - 2 (roughly chopped) Tomato - 4 (roughly chopped) Ginger - 1 tbsp (roughly chopped) Garlic - 4 cloves Dry red chillies - 3 Coriander Powder - 2 tsp Red Chilli powder - 1 tsp Garam Masala Powder - 1 tsp Turmeric Powder - 1/2 tsp Bay Leaf - 1 Ghee - 4 tbsp Salt - 1 tsp Green Coriander - 1 tbsp (finely chopped) Method: 1. S oak the almonds in a bowl of hot water for about 10 minutes, de-skin and keep them aside 2. Marinate the paneer in turmeric and 1/2 tsp of red chilli powder for about 5 minutes. 3. Puree the raw chopped tomatoes using a mixer grinder and keep aside 4. Make a fine paste of 1/4 cup almonds, ginger, garlic, onions and red chillies using a mixer grinder and keep aside. 5.
