Vegan No Sugar Mango Ice Cream

Vegan No Sugar Mango Ice Cream   Ingredients: Makhana - 1 cup Dates - 6-7 Cashew nuts - 1/2 cup Raisins - 1/3 cup Mangoes (chopped and frozen) - 3 (medium size)   Method: 1. Soak cashews, makhana, raisins, dates in 1 cup hot water for 1 hour 2. Remove seeds from dates and add it to the blender 3. Add the remaining soaked dry fruits in the blender 4. Blend it to make a paste 5. Add chopped frozen mango pieces of 2 mangoes and blend it to get a smooth puree 6. Transfer 1/2 quantity in a container that can be kept in a fridge 7. Spread 1/2 mango pieces over it  8. Add the remaining mixture over the mango pieces 9. Spread 1/2 mango pieces on the top 10. Cover and freeze for 8 hours 11. Ice cream is nicely set.  12. Bread Kulfi with Jaggery (no cream, no milkmaid) | ब्रेड कुल्फी गुड़ वाली (ना क्रीम, ना मिल्कमेड)

Bread Kulfi with Jaggery Ingredients : Full fat milk - 1 litre Bread Slices - 3 Saffron - 1/4 tsp Jaggery powder - 1/2 cup Almonds (chopped) - 2 tbsp Pistachios (chopped) - 2 tbsp Cardamom powder - 1/4 tsp Method : 1. Trim and remove the hard sides of bread slices 2. Cut the bread into pieces and grind them to powder in a grinder 3. Heat milk in a pan and let it come to a boil 4. Lower the flame and cook for 5 minutes 5. Add saffron to it 6. Let it cook for about 7-8 minutes on medium flame stirring occassionally 7. Add breadcrumbs and stir well 8. Keep cooking on medium flame till milk thickens  9. Add almonds, pistachios, cardamom powder and mix well 10. Remove from heat and add jaggery powder 11. Mic nicely 12. Let it cool completely 13. Fill the mixture in kulfi moulds 14. Close the lids and freeze for 8 hours 15. Dip the kulfi mould in water for half a minute 16. Take out Kulfi from the mould 17. Ginger Soup | अदरक का सूप

Ginger Soup Ingredients: Ginger - 100 gm Lemon Juice - 2 tbsp Salt - 1 tsp Cumin Seeds - 1/2 tsp Hing (Asafoetida) - 1/4 tsp Desi Ghee - 1 tsp Method: 1. Peel and wash Ginger 2. Chop ginger into small pieces  3. Grind these ginger pieces to a smooth paste using 1/2 cup water 4. Sieve this ginger paste 5. Use 1 cup water to sieve the ginger finely 6. Add 2  cup water to the ginger water  7. Heat ghee in a pan and add cumin seeds and hing 8. When it splutters add ginger water in it and let it boil 9. Add salt and lemon juice 10. Boil it for 4-5 minutes 11. Serve it piping hot in a winter evening for warmth  12.
