Paneer Stuffed Bread Roll Ingredients : Bread Slices - 6 Paneer (crumbled) - 150 grams (1 cup) Capsicum (finely chopped) - 1/4 cup Green peas - 1/4 cup Green coriander (finely chopped) - 2-3 tbsp Ginger (grated) - 1 tsp Green chilly (finely chopped) - 2 Chat masala - 1 tsp Salt - 1/4 tsp or as per taste Oil - for frying Method : 1. Preheat 1 tbsp oil in a pan. 2. When oil is sufficiently hot, add green peas and capsicum into it and saute for while. 3. Now add ginger, green chilly, paneer, salt, chaat masala and saute for 2 minutes. 4. Keep stirring constantly for 1-2 minutes. 5. Add green coriander and mix well. Stuffing is ready, turn off the flame. 6. Take out stuffing in a plate so that it cools down. 7. Cut corners of a bread slice with help of knife. Likewise, prepare all bread slices. 8. Bread Uttapam | Bread Chilla  Ingredients: Bread Slices - 5 Semolina / Rava - 1/2 cup Curd - 1/2 cup Onion (finely chopped) - 1/2 cup Carrot (grated) - 1/2 cup Capsicum (finely chopped) - 1/2 cup Tomato (finely chopped) - 1/2 cup Ginger (grated) - 1 tsp Green chilli (finely chopped) - 1 tsp Green Coriander (finely chopped) - 1 tbsp Red Chilli Powder - 1/2 tsp Garam Masala Powder - 1/2 tsp Amchur Powder - 1/2 tsp Salt - 1/2 tsp Baking soda / Eno - 1/2 tsp Oil - 4-5 tbsp Method: 1. Break bread slices into pieces and add them in a mixing jar 2. Grind it 3. Transfer the bread to a mixing bowl 4. Add rava in it 5. Add curd 6. Add 1 cup water and mix everything nicely 7. Paneer Stuffed Bread Pakora Ingredients: Bread – 4 slices Paneer (grated) – 150 gms Gram flour (Besan) – 1.5 cup Carom Seeds - 1/2 tsp Red chilli powder - 1/4 tsp Coriander Powder - 1 tsp Salt – 1 tsp or according to taste Baking Soda – 1 pinch Coriander leaves  (finely chopped ) – 3 to 4 tbsp Ginger (finely chopped or grated)- 1/2 inch piece Green chilli (finely chopped) – 2 Chat Masala - 1/2 tsp Oil for frying Method: 1. Take gram flour in any big vessel, add water in small portions and stir until all lumps dissolves. 2. When the smooth batter is ready, add some more water to it and prepare a batter with thin consistency as required for making pakoras. 1 cup of water is used for making this much batter. 3.
