Crispy Karela Fry without Onion Ingredients: Bitter Gourd(Karela) - 250 gm Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp Red Chilli Powder - 1/2 tsp Roasted Cumin powder - 1/2 tsp Coriander powder - 1 tsp Fennel (Saunf) Powder - 1 tsp Garam Masala powder - 1/4 tsp Hing (Asafoetida) - 1/4 tsp Amchur Powder - 1 tsp Gram Flour (Besan) - 1 tbsp Mustard Oil - 2 tbsp Salt - 1/2 tsp Method: 1. Lightly scrap the karelas 2. Wash them and cut them in thin rings. 3. If there are hard seeds in the karelas, remove them 4. Heat Oil in a pan 5. Add the karela slices and saute on medium flame till the slices become lightly browned. 6. Keep stirring in between 7. Now add turmeric powder, red chilli powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, fennel powder, garam masala powder, hing, amchur powder, salt and mix well 8.
