Stuffed Capsicum with Potato (Microwave) Ingredients: Capsicum - 250 gm Potato - 250 gm (Boiled) Hing (Asafoetida) - 1/4 tsp Cumin seeds - 1/2 tsp Coriander powder - 2 tsp Red Chiili Powder - 1/2 tsp Garam masala powder - 1/2 tsp Amchur powder - 3/4 tsp Oil - 1 tbsp Salt - 1 tsp Cheese Slice - 1 (optional) Method: 1. Wash and Cut capsicum into two halves horizontally 2. Remove the seeds and stalk from the halves 3. Chop the boiled potatoes to small pieces 4. Heat oil in a pan 5. Add cumin seeds and hing 6. When cumin seeds splutter add chopped potatoes 7. Add coriander powder, red chilli powder, salt and mix well 8. Cook for 3-4 minutes and then add garam masala powder, amchur powder and mix nicely 9. Masaledar Aloo Do Pyaza (Dry) Ingredients: Potato - 500 gram (Medium size) Small onions (Shallots)- 250 gram Medium Size onion - 1 (finely chopped) Curd / Yogurt - 1 cup Cinnamon - 2" stick Black Pepper - 1 tsp Cloves - 8 Big Cardamom - 4 Coriander Seeds - 4 tsp Whole Red Chilli - 2 Cumin Seeds - 1 tsp Red Chilli powder - 1/2 tsp Salt - 1 tsp Oil - 4 tbsp Coriander leaves (finely chopped) - 1 tbsp Method: 1. Grind the medium size onion to a paste 2. Coarsely grind the coriander seeds 3. Peel the potatoes and cut each potato into 4 pieces. Peel the small onions. 4. Heat Oil in a pan 5. Vrat ka Aloo Raita Ingredients: Small Potatoes - 250 gm (Boiled) Curd - 250 gm Rock Salt - 1 tsp Black Pepper Powder- 1/2 tsp Roasted Cumin Powder - 1 tsp Green Chillies - 2 (Finely chopped) Cumin seeds - 1/2 tsp Desi Ghee - 1 tsp Method: 1. Peel the boiled potatoes 2. Cut the potatoes into circular pieces 3. Whip the curd to make it smooth 4. Add rock salt, cumin powder, pepper powder in curd and mix well 5. Now add the potato pieces in the curd and mix with gentle hand 6. Heat ghee in a tadka pan 7. Add cumin seeds in it and let them sizzle 8. Aloo Sabji (For Poori /Kachori) Ingredients: Potato - 500 gm (Boiled) Coriander Seeds - 2 tsp Cumin seeds - 2 tsp Ajwain ( Carom Seeds) - 1/2 tsp Turmeric Powder - 1/2 tsp Amchur Powder - 1/2 tsp Red Chilly Powder - 1/2 tsp Garam Masala Powder - 1/2 tsp Hing ( Asafoetida)  - a pinch Ginger Powder - 1/2 tsp Oil - 2 tbsp Whole Red Chillies - 2 (Broken in 2 pieces) Tomato - 1 (Grated) Kasoori Methi - 1 tsp Coriander Leaves - 1 tbsp Method: 1. Bombay Potatoes | Chatpate Masala Aloo Ingredients: Small Potatoes - 400 gm Ginger Paste - 1 tsp Ajwain (Carrom Seeds) - 1 tsp (Crushed) Methi (Fenugreek) Seeds - 1 tsp (Coarsely grounded) Hing (Asfoetida) - 1/4 tsp Red Chilli Powder - 1 tsp Oil - 2 tbsp Salt - 1 tsp or as per taste Chat Masala - 1/2 tsp Coriander Leaves - 1 tbsp Method: 1. Keep three glass water with salt on heat to boil 2. When the water starts boiling, add the potatoes 3. Let the Potatoes boil for 10 minutes 4. Remove the Potatoes from water and let them cool 5. Crunchy Poha Delight Ingredients: Poha (Beaten Rice) - 3 cup Milk - 1/2 cup Salt - 2 tsp Black Pepper powder - 1/2 tsp Potato (Boiled) - 500 gm Green Peas (Boiled) - 1 cup Onions (Finely Chopped) - 3 Ginger (Grated) - 1 tbsp Green Chilli (Finely Chopped) - 2 Lemon Juice - 1 tbsp Garam Masala Powder - 1 tsp Oil - 2 tsp Oil for Frying Method: 1. Wash the Poha and drain out water 2. Add 1 tsp Salt and Pepper to it and mash well 3. Then add milk to bind a pliable dough 4. Set aside under a wet cloth 5. Grate the boiled potatoes 6.
