Turai Chilka Sabji | तोरी के छिलके की सब्जी

Tori Chilka Sabji Ingredients :  Peels of 1 kg Tori Oil - 2 tbsp Cumin seeds - 1 tsp Hing - 1/4 tsp Coriander powder - 1 tsp Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp Red chilli powder - 1/2 tsp Green chilli (finely chopped) - 1 Amchur powder - 1 tsp Salt - 1 tsp or as per taste Method : 1. Wash tori nicely and ensure there is no dirt or any other substance on the peels 2. Peel the tori with a chopping knife and make sure to remove little thick peels 3. Chop the peels into small pieces 4. Heat oil in a pan 5. Add cumin seeds and hing 6. When cumin seeds crackle, add green chilli and stir fry for a minute 7. Now add chopped tori peels 8. Add coriander powder, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, salt 9. Mix nicely 10. Cover and cook on low flame till the vegetables are done 11. Keep stirring in between for uniform cooking 12. Instant Kalakand with Milkmaid Ingredients : Condensed Milk - 1/2 tin Paneer - 200 gm Saffron - 10-12 strands Cardamom powder - 1/2 tsp Method : 1.  Firstly take a heavy bottom non-stick pan and put it on medium flame. Pour the condensed milk in completely. 2.  Grate the paneer and add it to the pan. Instead of grating, you can crumble it too with your hands. 3.  Combine both the ingredients nicely and keep stirring. Make sure both are mixed nicely together. 4.  Within a few minutes, condensed milk starts melting and the mixture will start thickening. Keep stirring on medium flame. 5.  Add cardamom powder and saffron strands, mix well. 6. Broccoli Corn Stir Fry Ingredients : Broccoli florets - 1 cup Carrots (finely chopped) - 1/2 cup Corn (boiled) - 1/2 cup Garlic cloves (chopped) - 1 tbsp Cumin Seeds - 1/2 tsp Salt - 1 tsp Oil - 1 tbsp Red Chilli powder - 1/4 tsp Garam Masala powdet - 1/4 tsp Method : 1. Heat 3 to 4 cups of water in a pot and add 1/2 tsp salt, broccoli florets in it for 2 minutes 2. Rinse the florets under running water and drain in a colander 3. Heat Oil in a pan and fry cumin seeds and garlic 4. Add carrots, corn, broccoli and saute for a minute 5. Cover and cook till veggies become soft 6. Add 1/2 tsp salt, red chilli powder, garam masala powder and fry for 2-3 minutes 7. Makke Ki Idli Ingredients : Maize Flour (Makki ka atta) - 1 cup Curd (whisked) - 1 cup Oil - 2-3 tbsp Green coriander (finely chopped) - 1-2 tbsp Kari Patta - 10-12 Chan dal - 1 tsp Urad dal - 1 tsp Green chillies (finely chopped) - 2 Ginger (grated) - 1 tbsp Mustard seeds - 1 tsp Eno fruit salt - 3/4 tsp Salt - 1 tsp Method : 1. Heat 2 tbsp oil in a pan 2. Add mustard seeds and let them splutter 3. Now add chana dal, urad dal and fry till they become light brown 4. Now add curry leaves, green chilly, ginger 5. Baked Green Paneer Ingredients : Paneer (Cottage cheese) - 400 gm Green Coriander - 250 gm Mint leaves - 100 gm Ginger (chopped) - 1" piece Green Chillies (chopped) - 8-10 Salt - 1.5 tsp or as per taste Green Cardamom - 3 Cloves - 3 Cinnamon Stick - 1" piece Oil - 1 tbsp Lemon Juice - 2 tbsp Peanuts - 1 cup Tomatoes (cut into roundels) - 4 Method : 1. Dry roast peanuts till it becomes slightly brown and crispy 2. Let the peanuts cool 3. Using your palms rub peanuts and try to remove the peels as much as you can 4.
