Ginger Soup Ingredients: Ginger - 100 gm Lemon Juice - 2 tbsp Salt - 1 tsp Cumin Seeds - 1/2 tsp Hing (Asafoetida) - 1/4 tsp Desi Ghee - 1 tsp Method: 1. Peel and wash Ginger 2. Chop ginger into small pieces  3. Grind these ginger pieces to a smooth paste using 1/2 cup water 4. Sieve this ginger paste 5. Use 1 cup water to sieve the ginger finely 6. Add 2  cup water to the ginger water  7. Heat ghee in a pan and add cumin seeds and hing 8. When it splutters add ginger water in it and let it boil 9. Add salt and lemon juice 10. Boil it for 4-5 minutes 11. Serve it piping hot in a winter evening for warmth  12. Spinach Ginger Soup Ingredients: Fresh Spinach - 250 gm Ginger - 1 tbsp (grated) Green Chilly - 1 (chopped) Salt - 1 tsp Desi Ghee - 1 tsp Butter - 1 tbsp Cumin Seeds - 1/2 tsp Lemon Juice - 1 tbsp  Freshly crushed black pepper - 1/2 tsp Bread slice - 2 Method: How to Make Crispy Bread Croutons 🍞✨ Remove the crusts from bread slices. Brush both sides of the bread with melted butter. Cut the bread slices into small cubes. Arrange the cubes on an ungreased baking tray. 🍅 Tomato Ginger Soup Recipe A soothing, healthy, and warming soup – perfect for cold days and gentle on the stomach. Ingredients: Tomato - 500 gm Ginger - 50 gm Salt - 1 tsp Roasted Cumin Powder - 1 tsp Black Pepper Powder - 1/2 tsp Sugar - 2 tsp Method: 🧼 Step 1: Prep the Ingredients Wash the tomatoes thoroughly and cut each into eight pieces . Peel, wash, and grate the ginger . 🔥 Step 2: Pressure Cook In a pressure cooker, add the tomatoes , grated ginger , 1 cup of water , and salt to taste .
