Soya Matar Bhurji Ingredients: Soya Granules - 1 cup Onion (finely chopped) - 3/4 cup Tomato (finely chopped) - 3/4 cup Capsicum (finely chopped) - 1/2 cup Green peas (boiled) - 1/2 cup Green Chilli (finely chopped) - 1 Ginger (finely chopped) - 1 tsp Salt - 1 tsp or as per taste Turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp Red chilli powder - 1/2 tsp Garam masala powder - 1/4 tsp Lemon juice - 2 tsp Oil - 2 tbsp Coriander leaves (finely chopped) - 1 tsp Method: 1. Boil Soya granules in enough water for 3 minutes 2. Wash them in running water in a sieve 3. Squueze excess water and keep them aside 4. Heat Oil in a Pan and fry onions till they become translucent 5. Add ginger, green chillies and stir well for 2 minutes 6. Add tomatoes, salt, 2 tbsp water and cook till tomatoes become mushy 7.
