Pan Grilled Tofu Salad Ingredients: Tofu - 200 gm Broccoli florets - 1/2 cup Corn kernels - 1/2 cup Red bell pepper - 1/2 cup Yellow bell pepper - 1/2 cup Tomato (deseeded cubed) - 1/2 cup Garlic (minced) - 2-3 cloves Onion (cubed) - 1 (medium size) Lemon juice - 1 tbsp Jaggery powder - 1 tsp Oregano - 1 tsp Red chilli flakes - 2 tsp Salt - 1 tsp or as per taste Oil - 4 tsp Turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp Method: 1. Add broccoli florets, corn kernels in a colander and place it on a pan of boiling water and steam for 5-7 minutes 2. In a small bowl mix juice of lemon, jaggery powder, 1/2 tsp oregano, 1/2 tsp red chilli powder, pinch of salt for dressing 3. Cut Tofu lengthwise 4. In a bowl add 2 tsp oil, 1 tsp red chili powder, turmeric powder, 1/4 tsp salt 5. Coat tofu pieces nicely in this marination of spices and oil 6. Heat a pan 7. Broccoli Stir Fry with Almonds

Broccoli Stir Fry with Almonds Ingredients : Broccoli florets minced - 2.5 cups Onion (finely chopped) - 3/4 cup Oil - 2 tbsp Curry leaves - 8-10 Green chilli (slit) - 1 Cumin seeds - 1/4 tsp Mustard seeds - 1/8 tsp Ginger garlic paste - 1 tsp Red chilli powder - 1/3 tsp Garam masala powder - 3/4 tsp Almonds (blanched) - 20 Salt - 1 tsp Lemon Juice - 1 tbsp Method: 1. Heat oil in a pan 2. Add cumin seeds and mustard seeds 3. Add curry leaves and fry 4. Add chopped onions and fry till they are lightly golden  5. Add ginger garlic paste and fry till the raw smell disappears 6. Add broccoli florets , salt and fry for 2-3 minutes 7. Add red chilli powder, garam masala powder and stir well 8. Cover and cook for 2-3 minutes 9. Make a fine paste of almonds by adding liitle water 10. Pour almond paste in the pan  11. Stir fry for 2-3 minutes or till it becomes fragrant and cooked 12. Add lemon juice and give a mix 13. Serve Broccoli Stir Fry with rice, roti or as side dish

Cream of Broccoli Soup (Vegetarian) | क्रीम ऑफ ब्रोकली सूप

Cream of Broccoli Soup Ingredients : Broccoli - 250 gm Butter - 2 tbsp Garlic (chopped) - 1/2 tsp Onions (chopped) - 1/4 cup All purpose flour - 1.5 tbsp Milk - 2 cups Dry oregano or any dried herb - 1/2 tsp Nutmeg powder - a pinch Salt - 3/4 tsp o as per taste Black pepper (crushed) - 1/2 tsp or as per taste Method : 1. First break the broccoli into small or medium-sized florets or you can chop them. 2. Heat 3 cups of water with 1/4 tsp salt in a pot and let the water vigorously boil. 3. Switch off the heat and add the broccoli florets. 4. Blanch for about 15 to 20 seconds and then drain the florets.  5. Heat butter in a sauce pan. Add the onions and garlic and sauté until they soften. 6. Add the flour. Stirring often sauté for 2 minutes on a low heat. 7. Then add the drained broccoli. Mix well. 8. Broccoli Potato Stir Fry (Indian style) | ब्रोक्कोली आलू फ्राई (इंडियन स्टाइल)

Broccoli Potato Stir Fry (Indian style) Ingredients : Potato (cubed) - 1 cup (1/2 inch pieces) Broccoli - 250 gm Oil - 2 tbsp Cumin seeds - 1/2 tsp Green chilli (chopped) -1 Garlic (chopped) - 1 tbsp  Turmeric powder - 1/8 tsp Red chilli powder - 1/4 tsp Garam masala powder - 1/2 tsp Cumin powder - 1/4 tsp Coriander powder - 1/4 tsp Salt - 3/4 tsp or as per taste Lemon Juice - 1 tbsp Sesame seeds (toasted) - 1 tsp Method : 1. Cut the broccoli florets to your preferrable size 2. Add them to warm water and leave for 2-3 minutes 3. Drain and set aside 4. Heat 1.5 tbsp oil in a pan and add cumin seeds 5. When they crackle add chopped garlic and green chillies 6. Saute for 30 seconds 7. Add cubed potatoes to the pan and stir fry for a minute 8. Cover and cook on medium heat until done al dente 9. Broccoli Corn Stir Fry | ब्रोक्कोली कॉर्न फ्राई

Broccoli Corn Stir Fry Ingredients : Broccoli florets - 1 cup Carrots (finely chopped) - 1/2 cup Corn (boiled) - 1/2 cup Garlic cloves (chopped) - 1 tbsp Cumin Seeds - 1/2 tsp Salt - 1 tsp Oil - 1 tbsp Red Chilli powder - 1/4 tsp Garam Masala powdet - 1/4 tsp Method : 1. Heat 3 to 4 cups of water in a pot and add 1/2 tsp salt, broccoli florets in it for 2 minutes 2. Rinse the florets under running water and drain in a colander 3. Heat Oil in a pan and fry cumin seeds and garlic 4. Add carrots, corn, broccoli and saute for a minute 5. Cover and cook till veggies become soft 6. Add 1/2 tsp salt, red chilli powder, garam masala powder and fry for 2-3 minutes 7.
