Healthy Bathua Soup | बथुआ सूप

🥣 Healthy Bathua Soup Recipe Ingredients : Bathua (Chenopodium) - 500 gm Cumin Seeds - 1/2 tsp Salt - 1 tsp or as per taste Ginger (chopped) - 2 tbsp Green Chillies (chopped) - 1/2 tbsp Lemon Juice - 1 tbsp Desi ghee - 1.5 tbsp Cream - 1 tbsp and for garnishing (optional) 👩‍🍳 Instructions : 🧼 1. Clean the Bathua Leaves Pluck the leaves, removing stems, sticks, and grass. Wash thoroughly with clean water 2–3 times to ensure all dirt is removed. 🔥 2. Cook the Leaves Heat 1 tbsp ghee in a pan 🧈. Add grated/chopped ginger and sauté until aromatic 🌱. Add green chillies and cook for a few seconds 🌶️. Add the bathua leaves and ½ tsp salt , then mix well 🥬. Cover and cook on low flame until the leaves soften and wilt. ❄️ 3. Cool & Blend Turn off the heat and let the mixture cool slightly .
