Falahari Rajgira Dahi Vada Ingredients: Rajgira Atta - 1/2 cup Potato (boiled) - 1 (medium size) Green chilli (finely chopped) - 2 Red Chilli powder - 1/2 tsp Rock Salt (Sendha Namak) - 1 tsp or as per taste Yogurt / Curd - 2 cups Roasted cumin powder - 1/2 tsp Oil for frying Method: 🥣 1. Prepare the Flavored Yogurt In a mixing bowl, add: Yogurt (curd) ½ tsp rock salt ¼ tsp red chilli powder ½ tsp roasted cumin powder 1 finely chopped green chilli 🌀 2. Whisk the Yogurt Whisk everything together until the yogurt is smooth and well combined. Set aside. 🥔 3. Mash the Potato Take one boiled potato and mash it well until lump-free. 🌾🌶️ 4.
