मैंगो मावा / खोया कुल्फी | Mango Mawa / Khoya Kulfi

Mango Khoya Kulfi Ingredients : Full cream Milk - 1 litre Khoya / Mawa - 1 cup Sugar - 1/2 cup Ripe Mango (chopped) - 3 cups  Green Cardamom powder - 1 tsp Almonds (peeled and chopped) - 1 tbsp Pistachios (chopped) - 1 tbsp Method : 1. Keep milk to boil in a pan on high flame 2. When it comes to boil lower the flame and give it a stir 3. Let it cook on low flame till it reduces to half 4. Add khoya, sugar and mix nicely  5. Cook for 7-8 minutes and let it thicken a bit   6. Add cardamom powder and mix it 7. Switch off the flame and let the mixture cool down 8. Add chopped mango pieces in a blender and blend to get a smooth mango puree 9. After the mixture cools down, transfer it into a blender jar and blend it to make it a smooth mixture 10. Bread Kulfi with Jaggery (no cream, no milkmaid) | ब्रेड कुल्फी गुड़ वाली (ना क्रीम, ना मिल्कमेड)

Bread Kulfi with Jaggery Ingredients : Full fat milk - 1 litre Bread Slices - 3 Saffron - 1/4 tsp Jaggery powder - 1/2 cup Almonds (chopped) - 2 tbsp Pistachios (chopped) - 2 tbsp Cardamom powder - 1/4 tsp Method : 1. Trim and remove the hard sides of bread slices 2. Cut the bread into pieces and grind them to powder in a grinder 3. Heat milk in a pan and let it come to a boil 4. Lower the flame and cook for 5 minutes 5. Add saffron to it 6. Let it cook for about 7-8 minutes on medium flame stirring occassionally 7. Add breadcrumbs and stir well 8. Keep cooking on medium flame till milk thickens  9. Add almonds, pistachios, cardamom powder and mix well 10. Remove from heat and add jaggery powder 11. Mic nicely 12. Let it cool completely 13. Mango Kulfi (without condensed milk / khoya) | मैंगो कुल्फी | आम की कुल्फी (बिना कंडेंस्ड मिल्क / खोया )

Mango Kulfi  Ingredients: Full fat milk - 1 litre Fresh Mango pulp - 1/2 cup Fresh mango chunks - 1/2 cup Kesar strands - 1/4 tsp Cornflour - 1 tbsp Sugar - 5 tbsp Cardamom powder - 1/4 tsp Method : 1. Combine the saffron strands and 1 tbsp warm milk in a bowl, mix well and keep aside 2. Combine the cornflour and 2 tbsp of water in another bowl, mix well and keep aside 3. Heat milk in a deep pan or kadahi 4. Boil it on medium flame for 6 minutes by stirring occassionally 5. Add the cornflour water mixture, sugar and mix well 6. Cook on low flame for 20-25 minutes , while stirring occassionally and scraping the sides 7. Switch off the flame and allow the mixture to cool completely 8. Kulfi with Khoya and Jaggery (Easy recipe) | Pista Badam Kulfi | खोया और गुड़ वाली कुल्फी | पिस्ता बादाम कुल्फी

Kulfi with Khoya and Jaggery Ingredients : Full Fat Milk - 3 cups (750 ml) + 3 tbsp Khoya (Mawa or evaporated milk) - 4 tbsp Jaggery powder - 3 tbsp Corn Flour - 1 tbsp Unsalted Pistachios - 20 Almonds - 20 Green cardamoms - 4 Rose water / Kewra water - 1 tsp Saffron - 6-7 strands Method : 1. In a wide pan heat 3 cups of milk on low flame for about 30 minutes.  2. The milk should reduce to 1/3rd of its volume. 3. Grate or crumble the khoya and keep aside 4. Powder the pistachios and almonds coarsely 5. Crush the cardamom pods in mortar-pestle and powder finely 6. Dissolve the cornflour in 3 tbsp milk and mix very well 7. When the milk cooking on heat becomes 1/3rd, add the cornflour paste 8. Keep on stirring after adding the paste so that no lumps are formed 9. Pista Kulfi With Milk Powder | पिस्ता कुल्फी (मिल्क पाउडर वाली)

Pista Kulfi With Milk Powder Ingredients : Milk - 2.5 cups (500 ml) Sugar - 1/2 cup Cornflour - 2 tbsp Milk powder - 2 tbsp Cream (Malai) - 1/2 cup Almonds (chopped) - 1  tbsp. Pistachios (chopped) - 1 tbsp Green Cardamom powder - 1/2 tsp Method : 1.  In a small mixing bowl take milk powder, then add cornflour and mix well with a spoon. 2. Add 1/4 cup milk and whisk it well so that there are no lumps. 3. Keep it aside 4. In a sauce pan, bring remaining milk to boil 5. Now add sugar,  1 tbsp almonds, 1 tbsp pistachios  and mix well until sugar completely dissolves 6. Now add milk powder mixture and keep cooking until it becomes slightly thick and coats the laddle 7. Switch off the flame and set aside to cool. 8. Once completely cool, add cream and mix well 9. Add cardamom powder and mix well  10.  Transfer to freezer proof container (flat box) and freeze for at least 3 hours. 11. Then beat it again and freeze for 3 hours. Kulfi Ice Cream | कुल्फी आइसक्रीम

Kulfi Ice Cream Ingredients: Full Cream Milk - 1 litre Poppy seeds (Khaskhas) - 2 tsp Sugar - 1/2 cup Cream - 1/2 cup Almonds - 12 (Soaked and Peeled) Cashew nuts - 12 Pistachio - 1 tsp Green Cardamom Powder - 1/2 tsp Method: 1. Soak Poppy seeds in lukewarm water for half an hour 2. Chop Almonds lengthwise 3. Chop Pistachios lengthwise 4. Grind Cashew nuts and Poppy Seeds.  5. Add 1 tbsp milk in the grinder and grind again to get a smooth paste 6. Heat Milk for boiling on high flame 7. When it is about to boil lower the flame and let it boil till it remains 3/4th of the quantity 8. Add the cashew poppy paste in this milk and keep boiling till it becomes 1/2 of the quantity 9. Add Sugar and boil for 2 more minutes 10. Add Cardamom powder and let it cool  11. Add Cream and then beat it nicely 12. Now pour the Mixture in Kulfi containers and garnish each with Almonds and Pistachios. 13. Keep these containers in Freezer for 3-4 hours 14. Later take ...
