🌶️🍋 Karonda Green Chilli Recipe 🧾 Ingredients: Karonde - 100 gm Green Chilli - 50 gm Oil - 2 tbsp Hing (Asafoetida) - 1/4 tsp Cumin Seeds - 1/2 tsp Ajwain (Carrom Seeds) - 1/2 tsp Fenugreek Seeds - 1/2 tsp Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp Coriander powder - 1 tsp Saunf (Fennel Seeds) powder- 1 tsp Salt - 1 tsp or according to taste Garam Masala powder - 1/4 tsp Method: 🧼🌶️ 1. Prep the Karonda & Green Chillies Wash the karonda (cranberries) and green chillies , then pat them dry . Cut each karonda in half and remove the seeds. 🔪🌶️ 2. Chop the Chillies Slice the green chillies into small pieces (around 1 cm in size). 🛢️🌿 3. Heat Oil & Add Whole Spices In a kadhai , heat some oil and add: Cumin seeds (jeera) Hing (asafoetida) Fenugreek seeds (methi dana) Carom seeds (ajwain) Let them crackle and release aroma. 🌾💛 4.
