 🥭🍯 Raw Mango Jaggery Pickle 🧾  Ingredients: Raw Mango - 2 kg Salt - 3 tbsp Hing ( Asafoetida) - 1/2 tsp Red Chilli Powder - 2 tbsp Fennel (Saunf) Powder- 1 tbsp Jaggery - 1 1/2 kg Method: 🥭✨ Step 1: Wash, Peel & Chop the Mangoes Start by washing the raw mangoes thoroughly. Peel the skin and chop them into bite-sized pieces —feel free to choose your preferred size or shape. 🧂🌿 Step 2: Salt & Spice Prep Place the chopped mangoes in a ceramic or glass bowl . Add rock salt and a pinch of hing (asafoetida) . Mix everything well to coat the mangoes evenly. 🌞🕶️ Step 3: Sun-Dry the Mangoes Cover the bowl with a clean muslin cloth and place it under the sun for 2 days .
